We were very tired from the drive and just wanted to take a hot shower and go straight to bed. The young lady at the front desk start explaining about a glitch with our reservation. Their were no rooms available, but a couple had checked out early and she went out of her way to get the room cleaned and organized for us. We thanked her for getting it ready for us since this is not in her job description. Im sure another hotel would had turned us away and not care about the GLITCH with our reservation. We recommended this hotel {location} to all our friends and relatives.

It was in a great spot for me to get on the Highway. Texas roadhouse was close by and that was good. I hope I can bring my family again stay longer. The bathroom was nice and warm.

All of the staff are extremely polite and respectful. Comfortable, clean and pleasant atmosphere.
Definitely need to replace the luggage carts. The one I used was broken at the bottom.

Loved the suite. The lady at the front desk this morning was very professional. We were actually greeted upon checkout.
Considering the fact that I work at the front desk next door to this property, I was not greeted properly upon check in and the African American, little to no hair lady made it her obligation to ONLY tell us about the “no smoking” policy; which I’m pretty sure more comes along with that speech other than the smoking rules.

I asked for a working coffee pot 4 times, finally got it on my last night. was very disappointed that they charged me an extrA 200$ for smoking 1 cigarette ( I know it was wrong) but the whole 4th floor and elevators smelled constantly of pot all 4 days I stAyed!

The size of the room was perfect. Mini fridge to store food and drinks. The flatscreen tv with the wallmount was a good touch. Loved the sofa bed. Perfect for lounging when enjoying TV.
Toilet and sink started leaking water and other than that everything was fine.
