Travelodge by Wyndham New Orleans Harvey Hotel

My trip was due to my water pipe bursting in my new apartment. Yet, The head supervisor over housekeeping Ms. Daniella and I believe the front desk manager Ms. Iiomie always made me feel like everything was going to be okay and they always acknowledged my presence when walking into the lobby area. This hotel is very homelike, has a feel of home away from home. That's the obvious reason customers book a hotel room when they leave for vacation. To feel like they are at home but in paradise as well. Thumbs up to the entire team. Sincerely, Melissa Bertucci

The staff were friendly, the room was clean and had a fridge and microwave.

They are being renovated, so some things may feel sub par, but we understand you have to have a mess to get things done. Over all we had a good stay. Nothing fancy.

I liked at check in I was asked which floor I wanted and they also made sure I was satisfied with my stay and every time I went I wasn’t disappointed

I didn’t like the room I had once with a stove in there, it was nasty looking and to close to the bathroom

The property is close to everything shopping centers etc. Bourbon St only 9 mins away. It was clean and had a microwave and fridge in the room. No complaints here.

I like the overnight staff they're always nice curious and friendly. You really make me feel like I'm a special guest. They make me feel very comfortable and that's the reason why I come back. If I had to choose a place to stay in this area it would always be the Travelodge.

I didn't like the key lock to my room door, a couple of times staying here I had this problem. I also didn't like the fact that they're limited amenities and every room is missing either everything on one of the other. Example, may have a refrigerator but no microwave, or the room may not have clean linen. I've actually had to switch rooms more than I should have because of no TV or the heating and air wasn't working.

I had to clean the room myself. And had to kill 2 kittens. The courtyard was full of them and I have two dogs. I am not happy with the situation. However, I will be booking another night.

I love the location it was perfect for me everything is right in the same area for the stores grocery stores restaurants shopping Front desk workers all of them were awesome

Housekeeping a little lazy

This is a good in the cut spot no drama safe and in good distance of prime location good bang for your buck nothing extraordinary just a spot to lay your head and stay cool!

It was clean and comfortable and quiet at night. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

Personally I couldn't get the water very hot in my room but I understand they're working on it.

Location to my work on the Westbank

A little loud during daytime hours. While i was sleeping due to working nights. But the ac drowned out the noise
