This is a good hotel to stay when visiting New Orleans. It is located a short drive from the famous Bourbon Street and bars. Therefore, you will not have to worry about the hustle and bustle of French Quarters. Even though you are away from the action, it is still 12 -15 drive from that area, so you will not miss any action. The hotel is located in a very quiet area near several restaurants. The staff at the hotel is very friendly. They also serve a good breakfast. Best of all, there is free parking. The rooms are quite spacious and very clean. The rooms have a full kitchen, with cups and plates. Other than that, the room also has a coffee maker and a microwave. This is a good hotel for families and can be recommended to anyone.

The only shortcoming, I found was that the hotel needs a little more maintenance. I found that some of the fittings in the bathroom needs maintenance.

I was pleasantly surprised by almost everything! The biggest positive impression for us was the staff - every one of them was friendly, warm, and eager to help. The breakfast was good, with plenty of food even in the last 15 minutes of serving. The room was comfortable, and the hotel on our floor was quiet. Overall, a really good place to stay when visiting New Orleans - thank you!

Lighting - it was difficult to read in bed, had to use a flashlight. :-) And the beds, for older people such as my mother, were a bit high off the ground. Had trouble with the TV which the staff members were unable to fix - they had to call a service company. (So in general, problems like that should be fixable by people "in house.") And this is the second Hilton hotel in a row in which I have a difficult time connecting with internet. However, the TV did get fixed, and I finally was able to connect to wi-fi, so everything turned out fine.

Breakfast was great with hot meal options. Room was spacious and clean, bed very comfy and all was more than the last place we stayed and was amazing. The people working were friendly and helpful. A complete pleasure.

I cannot think of anything we did not like.

Location and space

The night staff wasn’t as pleasant as the day staff. The night staff didn’t want to give me another blanket. When asked as to the location of the ice machine. He respond was “didn’t they tell you when you checked in”.

It was close to malls, restaurants, and grocery store.

The next door neighbors were partying for 3 whole nights until like 3am. Lucky the staff were able to make them stop. Maybe staff ensure guess know of quiet time at night.

Plenty of space, location, free parking, breakfast

We had to switch rooms because the first room was exceptionally awful. Words carved into the wall carpet, peeled back big stains on carpet.

I Love the Homewood suites by Hilton Metairie, Louisiana Everything about this hotel is elegant from the suites down to the lobby.

Everything. I didn't get to play the mini golf but, I surely will when I visit again. Thank you all so much for your beautiful hospitality. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The first thing I noticed as I was coming in, the front desk clerk greeted me with a smile and a nice, “Welcome to…”. He was very friendly, helpful, and efficient. The hotel was clean and everything available that we needed.

The staff was amazing. Location was perfect. Cleanliness from the moment you walk in all the way to your room. Thank you so much for the warm welcome.

The room was large with a kitchenette. Clean with a very comfortable bed. The work desk was a plus, as well as a good hot shower! We felt safe & secure at all times & the staff was very polite & helpful.

There was nothing to dislike.
