the breakfast was good and the welcome chocolate chip cookies were amazing.

I didn't like the fact $417 was taken out of my account a week before my trip to paid for the first night with out my knowledge. Also when i checked in and i check my account they next day and i saw that an additional $417 was taken out of my account after i paid for my two nights and the lady at the front desk said that is the policy for the hotel to put that additional amount on hold and it should be deposit back in my account. I was very displease with you all policy.

Facility was comfortable, clean, well-maintained. Lots of staff around and all were super friendly and helpful. I felt safe in the area; well-lit parking lot. Fitness room and free washer/dryer facilities were great. The room was very clean. Beds were comfortable. It is close enough to enjoy all the activities in New Orleans but far away enough from the quarter to be super safe.

I liked everything!

The staff had challenges the first couple of days of our stay, a storm knocked out the computers. The staff went above and beyond by walking each guest to their rooms and letting them in. The rooms were comfy and it was great having a kitchenette in our room. The only issue I had was no follow up when I asked for toilet paper. The one that assisted stated he didn’t have access but would bring it to my room. I had to go back to the front desk to get it. No biggie, follow up would have been appreciated. This was a very comfortable stay and would definitely use them again

The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. The amenities of the room were amazing and included much more than I thought they would. I especially appreciated all of the added kitchen plates, cups and silverware. I was also amazed and extremely pleased with the quality of hygiene products available in the room. I am used to getting less than ideal products, so was pleasantly surprised. I am also very pleased with the size and layout of the room, definitely was represented well in the pictures made available to me before booking. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay and will definitely be staying here again for future trips.

The staff was very nice and friendly but I could see spots of the room like the restroom and the kitchen sink weren't clean. It wasn't disgusting but I could see remnants of food on the sink and the tub floor and glass were a bit dingy. There was also a hint of someone smoking in the room penetrating the bed. Still had a much better experience than at other hotels.

The property was very well kept. The customer service was great.

What I did not like is that I was asked if I wanted housekeeping during my stay when I arrived and I said yes. The room was cleaned on day 2 as requested. The breakfast was always the same.

The property was well maintained. However, one of our rooms had crumbs all over the table and it smelled like someone had just eaten their lunch in the room. It was a very pungent smell. The shower also looked as if it had never been cleaned, due to hair being in there. When we let the front desk know, they promptly gave us another room which was a little better.

Needed time away from home due to.our heater not working at our apartment ...The guys at the front desk were very friendly ... I had a chance too catch up.on my sleep thats just how quiet it was at the Hotel...We will.be staying here again

I should have rated 10/10 and excellent had it not for charging $100 for a small (10 lbs) dog. Some facilities charge $25-50 for a small dog, not $100.

A newer property that was in excellent condition. The room featured a full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, etc. and all plates, utensils, etc. While it looks a little remote it turns out that they are literally blocks from several main shopping areas, tons of restaurants. They even had a basketball court for guests use. Good choice - staff was polite and professional.

Everything was better than expected. No complaints

Arriving at 10:30pm front desk told me the font have any room available and they recommended me to go to the closest hotels there. We went outside, tired of being driving for hours I preferred to see if front desk was telling the truth because their face expression was telling me that they fish want to work. So I booked my room from online and I went back to check if my reservation worked. They said that I got the room because someone canceled. They just charged and they don't even give me a receipt at the end of my visit. :(
