And the hotel is located within Ochsner hospital center, which was a surprise to me. There are many reminders that you are in a hospital: wheelchairs in particular. But the location is very good in many ways, as there are plenty of businesses and restaurants nearby. My bed was also extremely comfortable. The hotel seems very well-kept.

Because the hotel parking lot is the same as the hospital’s, it is not very easy to check in. It took me 10 minutes to realize that I first had to park my car and then make my way to the reception through a maze of elevators and hallways in order to check in. An email prior to the guests’ arrival explaining how it all works would be really welcome.

Wonderful room. Outdoor pool and hot tub very nice. Hospital dining features convenient hot meals or grab & go plus coffee shop. Beautiful atrium area. Alittle bit of drive time and u-turns to get to I-10.

The hotel is part of hospital. You use their parking garage (no fee) and their elevator that services the hospital. Then you walk to the hotel elevators to get to your room.

you could hear the neighbors next door. their alarm went off at 6:30 am each morning and snoozed it for 45 minutes. it didn’t wake him up but it woke me up. you could also hear talking at night and I don’t think they were yelling or anything, maybe just loud voices

Expensive for a king room with no bellhop, no breakfast. Bathroom needed an update and good cleaning around the faucet, shower head, and shower knob (mildew around them all).

Our room was very nice, very very clean and very cozy. We absolutely loved it! The facilities are very nice - our kids loved playing near the fountain. And they also loved the pool, where the water temperature was quite comfortable for them.

The location of the parking is not very convenient - takes some time to figure out how to get to the hotel from there, and considering all the luggage we had it was a challenge. Probably it has nothing to do with the hotel, but we had breakfast at the canteen downstairs and it was not really worth the money... A little overpriced.

It was a very nice tucked away hotel. Close enough to CBD as well as far enough to get away from the busyness of the city.

Nothing. There was nothing that I didn't like. Lovely place to stay for a weekend.

The room was exceptionally clean and well maintained. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the bathroom as well. The complimentary coffee and coffee maker we constantly refilled and the room was cleaned and maintained throughout our stay. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

Getting to and from the actually hotel facility was quite complicated. Multiple confusing signs and directions posted inside and outside the parking facility made it hard to navigate. BUT the hotel is connected with the hospital, so additional traffic and congestion were to be expected.

Everyone including the patients that were in the hospital attached to the hotel were really sweet and inviting.

We weren’t aware that the hotel use to be part of the Oscher hospital and that the hotel/hospital are conjoined buildings. The water didn’t get hot and we were confused. My boyfriend realized he had to pull a random string attached to the wall of the shower in order for the water to get hot/warm. Also our room a/c was stuck on freezing . It was freezing outside and we came back to the room wanting the heater on and it only got colder in there so we had to turn it off.

Everything everything. Everything was amazing staff. I never stayed at a place where the staff was so friendly and helpful all times I got hurt at the parade and the gentleman at the customer service during the night when and got me a wheelchair and assisted me to the entrance to meet up with my family members to go back into the room. Amazing amazing!

I have no complaints so if there was nothing I didn't like I loved everything. I definitely will be staying there again and I have recommended your place to many other people I give it a two thumbs up
