Extended Studio Suites Hotel- Bossier City

I liked the bathroom space. I liked how spacious it was. I really liked the views. I like how quiet it is. I like the customer service. Everything was great.

Only Thing is, it has a smell once you enter. You may need to light candles to get rid of the smell.

Had a townhouse vibe.

Room had spots where they spot painted but color was way off so walls looked polka dotted, furniture could be redone or replaced. Carpet was sticky needs to be replaced or some type of linoleum put down. Needs a deep cleaning of everything.

Spacious and comfortable. Loved the kitchen. Cooking saves money. Love the location and the Clerk! She is excellent, personable, and does an amazing job.

Distant from the school I attend. I am in a veteran's program in which I travel to Shrevesport every month for 3 days. This is the best stay for the price, but the distance from the suite to the school is longer than I would like.

I’m here both work and for leisure and these folks make it a great experience every visit! Front desk staff: Ann, Al, Crystal, Kati. Are absolutely amazing and a pleasure to see each visit. Maintenance staff: Steve and Bobby. Any time there’s been a problem they’ve gone above and beyond to resolve the issue Housekeeping staff: Katherine and Lashonda Linen is always fresh and clean and rooms are clean well stocked and smells like your moms house after a Saturday cleaning. I hope you know what kind of people you have working for your company, it’s bc of them that l continue to visit your establishment! These amazing folks make it a 5 STAR HOTEL!! EVERY VISIT IS A PLEASURE!

It’s time for rooms to be updated and miner repairs to enhance the quality of the rooms. New tubs and flooring are needed. Areas throughout the rooms need caulking and resealed, but still a very pleasant stay

I always begin with the quality of a property’s sheets. The sheets at Extended Studio Suites Hotel were very nice, soft and clean. Would you believe I once stayed at a hotel that was supposed to be five star because of its attractions and the sheets were rough and cheap! There is no way you can sleep like that. I was surprised to see a wood burning fireplace in the suite. That would be very handy for winter.

A few minor maintenance issues would be easily addressed when the owner has the funds. With the Corona virus hitting all businesses hard, it will take time for everyone to recover. But I enjoyed my stay.

Staff was slow far as check in and check out. Some residents rooms had problems with their ac unit but mine blew cold just fine maybe was just my luck. Room was ok just a lil ragady looking. Bathroom tub water wouldn’t stop running and all out of 1-10 I rate at a 6 not worth the price unless you looking for a room for the night to have sex with someone but not recommend to bring your family there to sleep for a night

I loved the front desk agents, April was a doll!

The wifi was a little wonky, and also, there were a couple baby roaches that came out at night, outside, but it wasn’t infested so we stayed.

The Suite was so clean and very nice. The staff was extremely helpful. When you walk into your suite, there are upstairs and downstairs. Both with a nice size bed and a FULL kitchen even a dishwasher. There are 2 full baths as well. I loved it!

Great, congenial staff easy check-in and check-out

Somebody's acrylic nail was stuck to the back of my leg after I laid on the bed. Zero forks or knives. One spoon. Tv should swivel so you can see it from the bed because the sleeper sofa is incredibly uncomfortable for seating.

the room service dude coming knocking yelling room service and tried to come in when check out was at 11 he came banging about 10:15 scaring the crap out of us
