Welcoming and friendly staff. We were given a good recommendation for places to eat which was only across the road (we got a 10% discount by showing our hotel pass) Great selection of breakfast - sausages, scrambled egg, make your own waffles, corn grits, oatmeal with numerous choices for toppings and more, it was great) Good location.
It would be great if the breakfast had “fresh” options (fruits or veggies)

Staff members were nice, the room was a comfortable size, and the breakfast options were great!
The hotel is in a busy area with train tracks located beside the building, but that's to be expected in the city. We just aren't used to all the noise and found sleeping difficult.

The breakfast was excellent, I really like the location. Whenever I return to Shreveport-Bossier City the Residence Inn by Marriott will always be the place for me to stay. I will definitely recommend this place to family and friends.
The only thing that I didn't like is my room was too far away from the elevator. I could here people above me walking and stumping throughout the night. The next time I will request 4th floor and a room closer to the elevator.

Excellent staff incredible Breakfast that included Turkey Sausage, Quiche , and a great tasting coffee! Hotel was nice clean and comfortable! Location was great also in walking distance to the Shreveport's Louisiana Boardwalk.

The staff were the best ever, the maintenance staff went out of their way to please us.
Our room hadn't been used lately so the television required the staff to run the setup process. And our water pressure was low in the shower, the staff fixed all our problems.

Everything! Especially the staff. They were such friendly and helpful. Also there was a basketball court for the kids to enjoy the outdoor besides the pool.

Everything! It was clean and comfortable. Mrs. Kelly at the front desk was awesome and anytime I had a question was very willing to help.
The only thing was we only stayed 2 nights and i had to clear $710 to stay.

Everything! So clean and comfortable. Great staff. Plenty of choices for breakfast. Location was perfect for us. Modern large apartment. Lobby was so nice and we had breakfast by the fireplace.
