Everything was great. Very clean and comfortable. Wonderful shower too. We had enjoyed our first night on a mini honeymoon so much that we went back again for a second mini honeymoon and think we may do this again every month ! The privacy and safe feelings we had helped us unstress and make us truly enjoy ourselves. And we go back home feeling 10 years younger too ! Thank you

Nothing. My wife said the breakfast coffee isn't as good as we have at home so we brought our own the 2nd time

Rooms were clean, kiddos loved the bath tub, Breakfast was well organized and stocked nicely with great food, room was spacious, I loved the his and hers bathroom sink. When we stay next weekend we'll have a beautiful fireplace in our room, can't wait!

The fact of "if" we could not make it for some odd reason, you charge full price and have a non-refundable policy.

Location was great for our purposes. The breakfast was very good and the breakfast staff was pleasant and helpful. The exterior of the building was nicely cared for.

The pool was closed for maintenance, but that was not noted in webinformation. The bathroom fan vent had not been cleaned in a while.

The breakfast selection was excellent, they had everything! We loved the location being just outside of town but super close to everything we needed. The rooms were super clean and well stocked. I always felt safe here with my family during our stay and the grounds were well taken care of.

The breakfast was good, considering we were traveling during a pandemic. Everything was wrapped and I felt safe sitting at the table, after picking up my oatmeal and coffee. I also liked the bedroom. It was clean and spacious.

The bathroom was very small and the toilet almost didn't fit in the bathroom. The shower didn't have a shower head and the water just spritzed out of the pipe. Grout in shower needs some heavy duty cleaning or replacement. There was no elevator, so we had to carry our luggage up a flight of stairs to the second floor! Luckily, an employee came by and offered to carry a bag up!

Our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very kind and welcoming. The water temperature was excellent for a shower...not so in every place I've stayed! Towels were nice and soft; not scratchy.

I was a first timer at this location and it was a bit confusing for me; which may just be me but maybe not. I was looking for a "Quality Inn" sign because that was the name of the facility on Booking.com. I was able to see the Fireside Inn sign very well from the direction I was driving but didn't see the Quality Inn sign. Google Maps was also not helpful....when I was driving from the interstate it told me to turn left instead of right.

Very clean, smelled nice. Room was very warm and inviting. Comfortable bed and nice fireplace. Great close parking to room, great location with a dunkin donuts and gas station within a 100 foot walk. Plenty of clean towels and very quiet compared to most hotels.

Comfortable beds. Clean rooms. Pleasant staff.

Situation: close to a major junction near to the Interstate. Despite situation it was quiet enough to sleep.

NICE SELECTION INCLUDING BELGIAN WAFFLES ( MAKE YOUR OWN), SCRAMBLED EGGS, COFFEE, ASST. INDIVIUALLY WRAPPED MUFFINS, BAGLES, BREAD FOR TOASTING, CEREAL, MILK, BUTTER TABS. NICE BREAKFAST TO GET YOU BACK ON THE ROAD WHILE TRAVELING.

Quaint looking, comfortable bedding, polite staff.

The ceilings had cobwebs. My brother was visiting and cut his finger pretty bad on an uncovered lock hole. The property did cover it after I complained.
