honestly I loved the staff, the women who checked me in she had a very sparkly pink shirt and she was very helpful with my Valentine plans I was setting up for my parter. even was going to call me as she went up to the elevator for a last second warning so I would know to do the last finishing touches. i absolutely loved her energy. 10/10 would go again and hope to have her as the one to check me in again! she made sure I was happy and comfortable during my stay! I wish I knew her name so I could give her the proper recognition!

that the hot tub wasn’t in service. that was actually the reason I booked that hotel specifically because I saw in the photos it had a hot tub. but when I got there it was sectioned off and emptied with caution tape around it. I was so sad. also house keeper woke me up when they came in to clean but realized I was still there and of course was apologetic and had left as quick as they had come in. I almost thought I had dreamt it because I never actually saw them but I knew someone had been in there when I got up to use the bathroom and the top lock was unlatched.

Excellent and clean hotel. I had booked with SureStay and thankfully switched to this hotel. Beautiful view, professional employees, and clean and cozy. The price was more than SureStay but worth the difference. SureStay turned out to be run by low life thieves who falsely advertise. Hilton is true to the word and pictures. No surprise charges and nice park nearby.

Got the power bowl for breakfast. It was honestly incredible. Paid extra for a King room with river view and was given a queen on the opposite side. Told that there can be difficulties when 3rd party booking is involved. Asked to switch and Allie helped me out. The staff was really what made the stay so good. They were willing to work with me and help me out to the best of their abilities. Great customer service and very friendly.

We did not eat at the hotel but did drink very good coffee. I believe the person I called when we were to arrive later than expected, was Lauren (evening of September 2nd). She was friendly and appointed us to a very nice room. It was so comfortable/luxurious.

Covid has caused such problems in so many areas, I choose to think that was the reason that cups and lids were not available during breakfast hours. HOWEVER There was a very cheerful and helpful "bus gal" who responded immediately when asked, I am so sorry I did not see her name.

The bed was very comfortable. The staff was outstanding!! The menu in the restaurant was very good.

No maid service daily.

The pool was tiny, the hot tub not available. The dinner at the restaurant was mediocre at best but the staff there wonderful.

clean - well maintained - modern - still holds a hint of the past in the textiles - rooms are spacious - excellent location - beautiful view of the river

great location, walking distance to restaurants/bars. comfortable bed. bar/restaurant on site.

our only issue was with the heat/cooling system. it would not stay on. it was a lot warmer than we are used to and we could not turn the A/C on. we did let the front desk know when checking out.

Staff were super friendly and the room was really comfortable.

Some of the areas looked a little tired and dated. Lift was a little grubby.
