When we checked in the reservation we made via Booking did not push through to the Hotel so we had to wait at the front desk for quite a while Booking customer service worked on their end to resolve the issue. After that was fixed (thank goodness the hotel had available rooms) the manager on duty, Peter, was so overly apologetic and offered us a free room upgrade. I thought this was exceptional service considering the issue was with Booking.com and not with the hotel. Pete was so very helpful, walked us through everything and offered us the upgraded room. We always stay here when we're in Freeport and this experience was truly outstanding.

This experience has taught me that even though you have a confirmed (and fully paid for) hotel reservation on Booking.com that doesn't mean it's confirmed at the hotel level. Going forward I will call the hotel directly after booking to make sure its there. Had the Hilton in Freeport been fully booked we would have been searching for lodging somewhere else which is not a fun experience.

Located in Freeport downtown near all the shops and outlets. Walking distance to all attractions. The hotel is a typical Hilton hotel. There is a bar where you can get some food at night. Adequate but not a restaurant per se.

The breakfast was very average. The buffet is just an average continental breakfast and was not included in the room. The price for two nights was relatively high. The pool was small, and as it was a busy weekend, many families were there with their young children. So we had to forego the idea of taking a swim.

Although the breakfast was significantly reduced (Covid) compared to past visits, it was quite good. There is now a good selection of snacks of all sorts as well as small things to prepare in a microwave. The staff is great, and the rooms are always exactly what is expected at Hilton property. Relaxing well prepared rooms.

A lower price would be nice, but is understandable based on the current economy and demand. However, this hotel lives up to our past experience and current expectations.

We love this hotel & location is perfect ! The staff is great & so friendly .. great breakfast & I love the sitting area with the couches & fireplace .. HOT fresh coffee in the morning .. so cozy .. we come every year for our LL Bean shopping spree .. we truly look forward to seeing our breakfast girls Sylvia & Amber & Peter at the front desk .. they are the nicest people so hard working & such dedicated employees & the Hilton is very lucky to have them .. Can't wait for next year xx

This Hilton location is close to all Freeport amenities and restaurants. With a fitness room, pool & hot spa it is the best place to check all the boxes. Relaxing and comfortable. There os a full service restaurant for breakfast and on weekends dinner if you do not wish to explore off site.

This property has everything I enjoy when I travel. I mentioned above the things I like about the hotel.

The location was great to all the shopping 🛍 it was nice to be able to walk vs. Drive to the shops.

The night time Mgr seemed as if it was a bother for the employee at the bar to ask them for help. The employee at the bar was extremely nice and friendly. He had a great personality and very out going. We enjoyed having a drink and conversing with him.

they could not find when I booked that I included to pay for the breakfast package. Tgey tried to charge me twice and stated due to a third party booking thru booking .com they could not see in my reservation. It made it difficult to enjoy my breakfast. They did finally accept and did not have to pay additional.

Location was great. Easy to walk to the stores and restaurants. Also close to major roads to explore other areas. Some reviews complained about the train but it didn't bother me at all. Room was comfortable and staff was very nice.

There was no fan in the bathroom and even with the shower doors closed, a lot of water still leaked all over the floor. Those were minor issues for a 2 night stay.

LOVELY FACILITY.

SOME LOUD NOISE FRON AN ABOVE UNIT ONE EVENING. THERE WERE NO AVAILABLE ROOMS TO TRANSFER TO UNFORTUNATELY. BUT THE HOTEL CANNOT BE FAULTED FOR THAT. THEY DID REDUCE OUR ROOM RATE FOR THE EVENING THOUGH.

the location was perFect for us. the room was spacious and well appointed and parking was easy.

the AC unit in the room was permanently fixed on ‘super blast’. we could adjust the temperature with the wall thermostat but not the fan speed. it would have been more comfortable if that had been possible. it would have been so nice if the fire pit outside had been lit.
