The staff was exceptional. I found EVERYONE to be very friendly and accommodating. The breafast was on time and I really liked the clever and easy to use pancake maker.

I did not care for the size of the room. My adult grandson and I shared the room. Perhaps if the beds were full rather than Queen size it would not feel so cramped. Also the bathroom was quite small for two people. We stayed 10 days and only asked for service twice, especially for towels. If you would provide more hanging space so they will have a chance to dry, it would be helpful. I thought prices for the snacks was a bit high too.

Great value for money. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any request. Breakfast was plentiful, hot and tasty. There were eggs, sausages, pancakes, cereal, toast, baked goods (danishes, bagels), oatmeal, juices, yogurts, fruit, tea and coffee. The staff was very attentive at breakfast. The room was clean and quiet, with everything we needed for example: Microwave, Keurig, refrigerator, stocked bathroom... snacks were available in the lobby.

Nothing.... I would stay again in a heartbeat.

The rooms were very clean and the check in and check out process was very easy. Free complementary breakfast was included and had a decent amount of options. The staff were very nice and helpful. Easy to travel to Portland and/or Freeport. Significantly less expensive than staying in the city which was a definite plus!

The hotel is very clean, bed and pillows were super comfortable, and we had a great night’s sleep with no disturbances. The AC was quiet and made the room very comfortable for sleeping. We did not have time to check out either of the pools. The included breakfast bar had cold options including hard-boiled eggs, plus pancakes and sausage, and toast/bagels. The space was clean and well-supervised to restock items as needed. There was enough seating for those who came in while we were eating. The coffee options (decaf and regular in three strengths) and fresh OJ were great!

A hot water egg-cooker would have been a nice touch, but they made good use of the space available.

It was across from a brewery and down the street from a few other places that were fun. We just walked across and had some brick oven pizza and some typical IPAs because that's all that New England makes. We drove down the street to a couple of other local places. LOVED the breakfast situation. They had all these options and prepped stuff. Yogurt and breakfast sandwiches and this fun pancake maker! We had our fill for sure.

Giant hole in the curtain that let in the sun in the AM. There were some rough looking characters hanging out in the parking lot. Not scary, but people my gf and I wanted to avoid! Ha!

The people at the front desk, both Zac, when we arrived was warm and friendly ! Do what you can to keep this guy , he is valuable assent !! And Shaneica " I sure hope I spelled her name correctly " she was very accommodating , warm, and helpful during the morning hours ! The cleaning crew was a " Great " bunch of guy's and preformed their duties very well, working sometimes late into the night. Thank You very much for your care. Patrick & Vickie

Not a Damn thing !!!!

Room was recently renovated and very, very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Shower was new and bathroom renovated. Pictures on wall and on front of door were nice.

We went to breakfast at quarter of nine. The breakfast was 7-10:00am. The eggs were almost gone and what was left was very cold. There was no bacon. The fruit was ok. The pancakes were hard,.

The decor was very nice. Breakfast was perfect. The girl who checked us in was very sweet.

The mattress is very soft and the pillows are squishy. I was glad I brought my own pillow but my back is stiff from the marshmallow mattress. You could hear trucks from the highway but if you get a room on the other side of the hall it would probably be less noisy. Maybe the hotel could put up a sound barrier fencing along the back but the location is very convenient and much cheaper than staying in Portland.

Good value. Clean room. Great location with friendly staff. Nice breakfast included. Quiet place, shower and internet were good. Bed was comfortable. Many pillows to chose from for hardness.

Room was slightly smaller than expected, but very comfortable and completely updated recently.

on the highway. was a good stop along the way. great brewery right across the street. very clean. all rooms are at ground level and there are multiple entries from the parking lot. great value for money

check in experience was a bit odd. they didn’t know if I already prepaid and had to track down the reservation. the included breakfast was not mentioned and we were only informed about it was we asked.
