We love the Comfort Inn in Augusta, ME. The staff are very responsive. We discovered our room had no heat! Alerted the front desk manager and she had fortunately just had a cancelation request in a suite. She quickly gave that person a free cancelation and upgraded us to the suite with heat! A win win for both of her customers! The rooms are always very clean and well appointed. Comfy beds and great assortment of different softness pillows! We always feel safe and secure at the Comfort Inn wherever we travel. And the hot breakfast is great. As is having the Ninety Nine Restaurant right next door in parking lot!

I love the location I loved when we walked i and Everything was decorated so cute and Christmasy. There was a hot cocoa station that my son loved. The pool was heated, which was awesome because it was cold out. The staff was all very nice and accommodating. There was a nice little spot for my pup outside. The breakfast was excellent more than we expected. Overall, it was a great experience.

Jared is an excellent manager and the rest of the staff is great as well. The room service ladies are top notch and they're always super friendly. I always recommend the Best Western to people. Definitely would say there again!

The price seems a tad high, like maybe $20 less. I think that's the pet fee every single night is a little excessive. I've never had an issue with pets personally but I'm sure it's there for a reason.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Being next to a restaurant and close to Walmart. Great breakfast much better than any other hotels we have stayed at.

Great customer service! Friendly and courteous staff. Best part though is the fact that they are dog friendly!!!

The only downfall is they are non smoking rooms only. I don't mind going outside on warm days but winter is coming bringing really cold weather.

Overall the stay was lovely. The breakfast was also fantastic. They did mess up our key card for our last night there so my wife had to have it reset. Other than that everything was good wonderful

The staff by far is your biggest asset. They were quick and efficient and helpful above and beyond as this city is difficult to maneuver public transportation they were helpful in finding alternatives. Super friendly. Always a smile and engaging. 0h and the beds were like sleeping on a cloud

Nothing that wasnt due to COVID restrictions so as far as that they were quick to resolve any issue or request quickly with a smile. I am confident when things go back to "normal" staffing it would excel expectations for value price

Staff was 100%. Room was great. Location was great.

The ice machine needed to be cleaned. The smell of stagnant water was strong throughout most of the 3rd floor. It was overbearing the moment i opened my door.

We had a suite. Very roomy and convenient as we were both combining work and play.

Bathroom sink drains very slowly.

that it did not have the hot tub the pool was nice but sucked that the hot tub was gone
