Quaint, well maintained inn. Very comfortable. Easy to get to (at least in the office season!), Right near the center of town.

Small issue with the float valve in the toilet sticking. ☹️.

My wife and I have visited Old Orchard Beach over a 100x s over the years in the Spring and Summer months, This was our first trying out the OOB Inn because we wanted something cozy for the holiday eve of winter time. The Inn overall is very quaint and charming atmosphere.

Breakfast was never put out the following morning for any of the guest, The complementary champagne to be shared with all guests, was stolen and hoarded by someone from lobby and never replaced by staff because there was NO staff to be found all new years eve and NO staff to be found new years day morning, that's why there was NO breakfast. These where two "let downs" that where written down on our key envelope upon check in.

The inn is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. I absolutely love the look and decor of the 1800s. The room was very nice and well decorated. Was not the room I upgraded too, but was still very nice. The 1 staff working was very sweet and kind. The bed was very comfy and the place was very clean. The breakfast was good. Simple but good. Overall I would Def. Stay there again. Great embiance and perfect for a weekend getaway for myself and my partner. Made perfect setting to get engaged.

Was offered upgrade to king suite by booking.com and took advantage but was not given that upgrade. Spoke with staff person next day and she was supposed to check with manager. Still have not heard back. Arrived after check in so keys were left in box.

The inn was located in a great spot in the center of town, a very short walk to the beach and amusement park. Room 11 was extremely clean with 2 large double beds and 2 complimentary bottles of water. A refrigerator and microwave were in the room as well. Bathroom had great water pressure in the shower with an abundance of bath towels. A continental breakfast was provided in a small dining room with a wide variety of food available. I will definitely stay here the next time I visit Old Orchard Beach.

My stay was amazing. The front porch was definitely one of my favorite places to hang out. I spent quite a bit of time out there, loved it. Bed was very comfy, Staff was very helpful. I didn't have a door hanger to tell housekeeping my room needed attention, but I spoke to the front desk clerk and got that cleared up. It's pretty laid back there which I really loved.

The breakfast was very sub-par, typical continental breakfast, powdered eggs, cheap sausage. I walked down to the bagel shop every day and had breakfast on the beach which was definitely a highlight of my stay. This is going to sound petty but, I didn't like that there was only one trash can in the room. No other complaints other than those two.

Due toCOVID restrictions, the breakfast buffet had to be slightly restricted but there was still a decent selection. We started out the day well fortified. We were glad coffee was available most of the day, in both carafe and Keurig form.

Not the Inn’s fault we are used to pillow top mattresses for our bad backs! Happy to have had air conditioning and a small fridge in the room. And considering we were close to town, it was very quiet.

The breakfast was good. It was served later and for longer than many other hotels. It was basic, nothing hot, and the line for the one toaster was always long, but it was sufficient to start our day. The addition of hard-boiled eggs to the standard fare of bagels, toast, cereal and yogurt was a nice touch. The front porch was amazing. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The entire place was very clean and only 2-3 blocks from the beach. It was also very quiet. We were on the first floor and we could hear walking above us on occasion but never voices. There was a very good-sized refrigerator and freezer in the room as well.

It would have been nice to be able to get a queen-sized bed. Our room was very large and had two double beds. There was plenty of room for larger beds. It's pretty difficult for two adults to sleep in a double bed for a week. However, I recognize that antique bed frames probably don't come bigger than a double. I would have sacrificed authenticity of the furniture for comfort any day.

The location is perfect. Easily walkable to the beach and local businesses. The Historical Society museum next door is a great way to escape the heat and learn the history of OOB. Breakfast was minimal, and not served until 8:30. There were bagels, English muffins, boiled eggs and yogurt. Adequate, but not exceptional. Plenty of free parking, which is a bonus in OOB. The inn is historic, and very quaint. We loved the character of the inn. We would absolutely book here again.

Breakfast could have been better, Boiled eggs were undercooked for my liking, so I avoided them after the first day. We like to get an early start, but we did hang out until 8:30 to get a bite.

The location was perfect. We could walk to everything. The breakfast was terrible. There was hardly anything to eat and it was put out very late. Coffee was awful! We would have been better off with a breakfast sandwich and microwave.

There was no service as far as check in, check out, requesting towels and even toilet paper. There was no one to talk to to get any information about the area. The breakfast was terrible.

The staff was amazing. We were staying at the inn for our wedding with our whole wedding party and they made it so smooth for all of us! They really made our stay amazing and went above and beyond! We even had a beautiful gift when arriving in the bedroom! The location was great so everyone could enjoy the beach. Nice breakfast in the morning and pretty quiet. Picture is from double room, we had a lot of rooms booked and they're all big enough. Queen are quite spacious if you have more suitcases.

Honestly nothing aside from the beds in which you sink a little but truly believe it is the best stay in south Maine!
