The hotel looked nice, the lobby, dining area, and pool were well laid out, easy to find. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. We enjoyed making our own waffles.

The first 2 nights, the inner lobby smelled of weed. Not outside, but the lobby only? I mentioned it since another reviewer had also mentioned it. I think it was the front desk staffer. The soundpoofing was lacking. We could easily hear people in the hallway as they walked by, and the people upstairs might have been elephants. I usually turn on the AC for some white noise to block out the rest, but the fan wasn't constant, it would only kick in when the temperature got too high. So I would leave the bathroom fan running to help. The bed was a bit firm, but that's all personal choice. The hotels location is weird, it's tucked behind 2 other buildings. The GPS was making us use the back road to get there??

We stay at this hotel whenever we can. It’s on our route and the customer service is good and the rooms are clean

The room was clean and comfortable. It had the basics fridge, microwave and a small coffee pot. Nice lobby well maintained. Coffee and tea available all day. The location worked well for us.

The room was a bit small but not bad. I didn't like paying more for the room if you wanted breakfast included specially since we didn't have it on the second day. The breakfast wasn't the greatest but what you would expect. The TV seemed a bit small.

There was a restricted breed list for dogs. This is so discriminatory. I have two awesome and well behaved dogs that are pitt mixes. They don't bark. They don't shed. They should be allowed to stay with us if needed. Also, there was one (redheaded) young lady for front desk, breakfast, and I also saw her cleaning rooms! She needs to be paid more!

The location was central to everything we planned to do. Breakfast was wonderful. The pool was a bonus! Staff was very accommodating getting us extra towels.

The cover to the AC fell off and wouldn't go back on without sticking out. It was that way when we got there and fell off when walking by it. We tried to put it back on and we sort of did. The corner still stuck out. It worked fine though!

We loved everything inside the hotel, the room was so clean, the beds were comfortable, my girls loved the pool and breakfast buffet. I loved being able to do some laundry while away.

My one and only complaint is how dark the parking lot is at night. I arrived after dark with my three daughters, and was nervous as how dark the park long lot is.

The location for us was OK. It is closs to many restorants. The rooms are big and clean. Beds are good as well. The indoor pool was a great bonus for my kids.

The is no room service and we had to ask for fresh towels toilat paper and soap and shampoo and get it ourselves. Sometimes the stuff was not happy to provide these amenities which should be provided. Breakfast was just OK. Again there were things missing (plates and baggals etc) we had to look for the stuff member and ask them to bring them over. It felt like they were not pleased but they did it at the end.

They even had a little storage area with snacks in it. Off season and they still had scrambled eggs and sausage and waffles several juices coffee tea hot chocolate. Past 6 months I've gone up there just for an overnight trip 4 or 5 times and in my opinion this was the best so far.

Can't think of a single thing that I did not like.

Prices are amazing..... Especially around the holidays. Location was perfect short to drive to york harbor. Morning breakfast was okay waffle 🧇🧇🧇 was amazing!!

Breakfast egg was watery and sausage was cold plus coffee was just water. Had to go back to room and make our own. Other then that everything was good.

The gentleman on Thursday night when we checked in was great. Very personable and easy to ask questions to. The room was clean and comfortable. Pool and breakfast was great! Def will return. Close to the Kittery Outlets

I called the front desk on Friday to ask housekeeping to leave some trash bags and a couple of cups outside my door. There isn't housekeeping due to COVID which I am fine with. However, I didn't receive the items I requested.
