Location! The best! You could hear the waves lapping it was so close to the beach. And our room was very clean. The staff on arrival made our stay here, they provided excellent customer service. Our room was missing the coffee pot and the microwave (enough towels and toilet paper) the young gentleman working along with his co worker (very nice and empathic young lady), did everything they could to bring us anything we needed. They even restored the ice machine on sight to working order.

Sadly, no one had mentioned it was under renovation or that our pool was out of order. We have young children with us who would have benefited from a pool in our yard (there was a pool for us to use just a few minutes from the Inn).

Great location, staff was very pleasant, the rooms were nicely remodeled. The king bed was super comfortable. Walkway right in front of the motel to cross the street to the ocean. Restaurants close to the motel.

The pool was not working and we didn't feel comfortable walking to the "sister" hotel. In the bathroom, the bottom drawer fell out when I opened it and there was no rack to hang your clothes or no dresser to put your clothes in when unpacking. No chairs, could only sit on the bed. We took it as the motel is still remodeling and still had a wonderful time.

The location of the room. It was on the side of the building but still had a view of the water. It was right across the road to the beach. The room was comfortable and for the most part clean.

The only issue was that the tv didn't work right. No channel would work correctly. Internet is very spotty. It would be nice if they supplied dish detergent and a dish rag to do the dishes when used. The room was clean except they should look at the shower curtains, ours had mold on it in spots.

The views definitely recommend a balcony room.

For the price of the room not to have wi-fi , was a big issue. I don’t know if I would book with the Sea latch again. Having to hunt down towels and toilet paper .

We had a great experience. The rooms that we stayed in were newly renovated and so clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. We rented two rooms w/ 6 of us traveling and we all commented on how comfortable the beds were. Location can't be beat, you're directly across the street from the beach w/ a direct walking path. I would definitely stay again!

Everyone we met was helpful and friendly. We were very pleased and would recommend the hotel to anyone. We had a suite with two rooms for sleeping. The balcony area is fine with a nice view and I imagine is a nice place to relax in warmer weather.

The Sea Latch Inn has a pool and no other amenities. Our room was clean and newly renovated except for the furniture. One of the managers explained they are putting new furniture in all rooms by summer. The price of the room is awesome for the view of the ocean and the close proximity to the beach and village. If you want a hotel for all the amenities, you will pay a much higher price. All people at the front desk were helpful and courteous and were accommodating for our needs. There are many restaurants within walking distance, it is worth the walk along the beach to get to them.

Right across the street from the beach. Clean room, warm shower! Friendly staff. Lots of towels and the A/C in the room worked and is powerful!! Karen, the woman at the front desk was amazing. I called her twice, and she was super helpful. I was able to come from Wells and check in earlier than expected. Much appreciated!!

Parking could have been better. I got back late on my second day and there was no where for me to park. I had to park way in the back from my room. Lighting is okay in the lot. I was a bit annoyed, I was alone and there was not a soul awake. I felt it was a bit unsafe. The spots in front of the rooms should be for the room only and everything else should be for visitors. That really is my only concern. Safety for a single traveler is a concern, that will most likely be my decision maker the next time

The location is spectacular. The beach was incredibly close to hotel and you could hear the waves crashing day and night.

We stayed there for the ocean however they promoted their pool which was closed for maintenance. Frankly, the pool looked like full of algae and had not been open for a long time.
