Hampton Inn & Suites Kittery

The room was spacious and well stocked with all our needs. The TV was large and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast that was included with our room was beyond the best breakfast I have ever gotten at a hotel before. Bacon eggs potatoes waffles that you could dress up with syrups and whipped cream (in which I added those toppings to my coffee :]) breads and yogurts fresh fruit. It was all very great. They also had fresh baked cookies the night before when we booked in that my daughter was over the moon about. Will definitely be looking for these hotels in any other towns I visit.

Everything was amazing

We had been on two plane flights in a row and arrived in Boston at 5 a.m. We were exhausted after then picking up the rental car. We got up to our room and laid down right away for a few hours nap. The bed was so comfortable! The room was large and the shower felt great. We went to a local seafood restaurant for dinner which was fabulous and the hotel breakfast was wonderful. Apparently Kittery is know for its MANY outlet stores. It was a great introduction to our "Back East" fall colors trip. What a great stay we had

It was a perfect place. Nothing we didn't like.

This hotel is very convenient for us as it is close to family. it is very clean and attractively decorated, we particularly like the walk in showers,.

I would recommend that people specify that they do not want rooms 217 or 219. A large air handling unit is right out the window on the portico roof and kept us up most of the night with its roaring rumbling noise. When we complained about this we were told it was because the hotel was fully booked and that nothing could be done.about it. It was booked two months ago and we have stayed there several times in the recent past. Rather poor customer service.

The breakfast was great with hot and cold options. Staff maintained the cleanliness and availability of provisions in the eating area. I like it that they serve fresh fruits and bagels. My family love the waffles and we like that they change their food a little everyday.

The pool could use a little TLC though clean towels are well stacked.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was quite large and had many different options, hot and cold. The staff was great.

When we arrived, our room was not completed. The bed was not finished being made and we didn't have any trash bags in our trash cans. However, the supervisor and a gentleman came to our room and offered to remake the bed. They did bring us a blanket for the bed as well, which was kind. Also there was a snowstorm while we were there and they didn't have anyone move their cars, so the plowed would plow you in.

Great location, close to everything. Staff very friendly and accommodating, very good breakfast. Room was spacious, good value. Would definitely stay here again.

Only minor complaints. Very cold in the hallways going to the room, pool was also very chilly. Pillows were way to soft, needed extras to support your head, other than that, great place to stay.

Perfect location.

You might want to reconsider your dog inclusive policy. There was an incident with two dogs fighting in the lobby that resulted in shouting, all in front of a full breakfast crowd. Also, that same dog owner left their dog in their room near ours, and the dog barked the entire time their owner was gone from the room.

Just off I-95, the hotel suites are still quiet, very comfortable, well planned. The food area, work space, swivel TV, all made it easier for two people. The breakfast was excellent--with healthy choices. The gym and pool allow exercise during winter.

Finding the entrance drive was a bit complicated, Google maps seemed to not want to show us.

Good but you had to get there early or food was gone. Didn't seem to restock food often.

Road coming into hoteland mall had 3 huge potholes 10 inches deep . I don't believe hotel owns this road but they should have contacted city or mall owners to repair.

Convenient location

Very loud. Barking dogs. Melted chocolate on chair. Lights were very harsh. I paid to rest and sleep cant sleep with people yelling and dogs barking. Skipped breakfast so i don't know if that was good. When we left i needed to make two trips to get all our things. Someone entered the room and took the tip I left for cleaning staff from the desk while my things were still in the room. Not ok. Nothing should have been touched in that room until we had fully checked out!!
