Sonesta ES Suites Annapolis

The staff at check in were great. We first stopped just to check it out to see if we wanted to stay there (had a room booked at another Inn that was terrible so we were looking to find something else) and Moe was very helpful and kind. She took the time to answer our questions and even showed us a room. Check in was with Jasmine and she was great also. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast included had several options. We enjoyed coffee on the very comfortable outside furniture

There was absolutely nothing we disliked about the property.

The staff was friendly the property was clean and new, and the breakfast was just enough to break the fast. The pool looked inviting I just couldn't find the time. Next time. I stayed in the first building above the lobby. I'd like to have that same room looking over the entrance. The room was clean and quiet. Thank you. I'll be back.

More time to lay around the pool and swim more time to walk the waterfront and eat at more wonderful, suggested restaurants. Maybe take a cruise for drinks sailing the bay. Visit the Amish for fresh baked goods, fresh fruits, and vegetables. This is what I didn't like, not having enough time.

Staff was incredibly accommodating, particularly when it came to addressing and resolving a noise complaint we had after the quiet hours it's another guest. They were professional, firm, and yet extremely accommodating.

Did not like the fact that outsiders who were not staying at the hotel had access to the pool and grill public area. I think the staff was overwhelmed, and at that point really, the police should have been called. Bathroom could also be updated. Stepping in and out of a tub in this day and age, to take a shower, seems a bit outdated and more than a little dangerous. Thank goodness for grab bars.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. I got very good nights sleeping on the bed. I really liked the kitchen area, especially the larger refrigerator and freezer. The hotel is located very close to a variety of restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. It was nice not having to eat meals out.

The kitchen did not have very many pieces of flatware (forks, knives, spoons). I mentioned it to the staff when I checked out, and they said they would take care of it.

The hotel is a kind of American motel located in the outskirts of Annapolis. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and there are assigned parking spots in front of each room.

As wrote above, the hotel is located in the outskirts of Annapolis, there is nothing interesting in the neighbourhood and you need a car (or a taxi) to go to Annapolis city centre.

The bed was very comfortable, the sheets were soft and smooth, the breakfast was tasty and filling, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The pool was large and pretty, and everything was clean. I also like it that the amenities were in large stationary containers, not little disposable bottles.

We got there just as the pool was closing at 8 PM, and had to leave before it opened the next day at 10 AM. Our room overlooked the pool, and it looked so inviting.

This complex (previously Residence Inn) is the ideal for LONG STAY with a special price... Architecs did a very good job: each building has 4 unit first floor and others second floor. You can have: Studio, 1 Bedroom, 2 Bedroom units with a chimney! Many are here for months and this is understandable! Luxury high mattress bed, Completely equipped real kitchen, real fridge with real freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, sofa, desk with office chair, you name it!!! And… direct charging station for Smart phones, iPad, computer! Listen: I am very picky as an architect… And this place is the best I ever had with my Cat! If prices had not been raised for summer I would have stayed here instead of renting an apartment… Although I had a long stay rate my management kind offer of $99. Good but too much for a month… Exceptional location of the back rooms (building 16 or next one) directly located on the FOREST with huge trees for my cat who watched all day birds and butterflies, and at night we sat and listened together the incredible concert of the Tree Frogs, like in a fantastic movie…!!!

Breakfast in a bag and receptionist Bonette telling me: “Oh this is too much in your bag”… What an insult…! Me… as a member of Booking and Sonesta…!

We checked in late in the evening. The person at the front desk was very quick and helpful. We did not need anything exceptional for this stay as we basically just needed a clean and quiet place to sleep for a couple nights. It was exactly that. We did not have time to take advantage of breakfast or the pool.

Pool was nice, staff was excellent, rooms were ok a little older but still nice, beds were clean comfort was ok, I’m very picky though lol, overall would book again! The key was the staff each and every person I encountered was amazing

Again I’m picky, not crazy about the food selections near the hotel.

The location was great. Our suite was spacious and had a little kitchen. We didn't use it because we only stayed 1 night, but it would be great if we stayed longer.

Breakfast was ... interesting. It wasn't refilled very well. And then there were fixings for tacos, but no tortillas. Breakfast just didn't make sense.
