This was an older motel but was in excellent condition and exceeded my expectations. Our room was on the sixth floor. It was up to date. The king bed was excellent. The room was large and had an excellent view. The shower had excellent hot water and pressure. The elevators were great and very fast. We would definitely stay there again if traveling through the area.

There is nothing I can think of that I did not like. Again, the motel exceeded our expectations and was a great value. We would have stayed longer, but we were just passing through and were there one night.

The cost and location were key for me.i did look at reviews as well.many good reviews. Bonus I didn't realize there was a mic and fridge! Also fitness room! Pool was awesome. Wished I had more time to enjoy!

The lighting was not so bright.i realize most of one's time there is to sleep but to read or craft one bright light would be useful.

People were great. Location was easy to find. The rooms were clean.

Unfortunally for us the tissues in the bathroom was empty, and the staff at the front desk couldn't locate a box of tissues for us. The breakfast was poor. No milk, no sugar free cereals (my wife is a diabetic). Selection could have had more, but the coffee was good.

The refrigerator is in the bathroom. No light where full length mirror is if bathroom door is closed. Shabby elevator interior (which could very easily be taken care of).

The beds were extremely comfortable!! Best sleep I've gotten in years! I loved that there was a mini fridge in the bathroom (how fancy?!) Pretty good price too especially since it sat in the middle of everything. Not a far drive to get food or go shopping. Will return.

The TV remote wasn't working. I had to ask the front desk to have my towels changed. I left my used towels on the floor to be replaced but they were never replaced until I called on the second day. I had to have my room key re-charged every day. I was locked out each day

Eggs were good but limited choices and no juice.

Earlier check would have been appreciated during Tropical storm. TV s need to to updated instead of analog channels. WTH is up with the station with the graphic equalizer from 1993? What is that for?

Stay was great. Only issue…musty smell which likely requires carpeting refresh to address. Cleaning was very good, friendly and diligent housekeeping staff

Easy access to Interstate 81. There is shopping and restaurants close by. This year the hotel served their own complimentary breakfast which was new because we have used this hotel in the past and breakfast was only available at the restaurant connected to the hotel. We very much enjoyed the hotel's breakfast choices!

Conveniently located close to Chile's, Outback and other restaurants. There was a big mall that you could walk to. It was easy to get there. They also had a nice free breakfast. It was easy access on and off the highway. Would totally stay there again.

The restaurant that was right in the hotel was exceedingly expensive. We wanted to eat there, but decided it was not in our budget and walked next door to Chiles.
