Everything was as expected and pleased as always. Staff and cleanliness is always good.

I didn’t like that I was charged for 3 nights and only stayed 1 night. I noticed the mistake once I had left and called to question it and was told that was seen by the clerk when I checked out but they failed to notify me at that time. There is a refund being processed but I should have been told at the time of checkout. I got a call from credit card services stating possible fraud on my card because it was charged 3 time within several minutes so my card was locked so I was unable to get gas in my car until this was cleared up.Communication would have been helpful.

The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The facility was conveniently located. The breakfast was wonderful and I highly recommend.

Booking.com listed the room as a double room. When I relayed this to the front desk they said the don’t even have double roomed. I tried to contact Booking.com without success. I liked the hotel but I would have given a higher rating if I wasn’t mislead by the listing. Or if I could have spoken yo someone to correct the situation.

The breakfast was delicious! Bed super comfortable. Easy highway access & not too far from downtown Hagerstown. Pool and patio looked fantastic & there was a fitness room with ample equipment. Really nice place!

There was a little confusion about payment. I paid in full on booking.com. After check in I got a call to my room asking if I had a credit card ending in a certain number. That threw me off. Everything was okay once the uncertainty was squared away.

Breakfast spread was great, there was a good variety of options. There was plenty of seating. Hotel location was nice and quiet even though it's by a busy road. Getting off & on the highway was easy. Staff was very friendly and polite.

The first room we were given smelled like cigarette smoke. Thankfully we were able to switch rooms quickly & easily!

There was very ample parking and you were pleasantly greeted by every staff member. The rooms were well kept and I had no need for anything. Even the breakfast, which had something for everyone, was great. If something ran out, the hostess was right on it and even told you when the item was replaced! A very warm and welcoming place to stay.

The entrance to this hotel is not the easiest to get in and out of, simply due to the nature of its location on a median highway. Be prepared to make u-turns if you stay.

It was very quiet in our room, with a view out on trees and lawn. A serene feeling. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff were helpful with getting the printer working and generally very accommodating. It felt like a quality establishment, we enjoyed the dining area.

The room had a very heavy odor of cleaning products. All night long the smoke alarm above the bed was flashing a brilliant white light which interfered with sleep.

We enjoyed our stay here. Very helpful and friendly front desk. Clean rooms. Enjoyable atmosphere with a convenient location just off the highway

The breakfast lacked severely. They just tossed whatever on the tiny buffet line, then proceeded to get on to guests if they weren’t “socially distancing”. That was the only rude portion of the stay.

Best bed I have slept on ever. Friendly staff, very helpful. Clean areas in all parts of the hotel.

Breakfast was OK but oatmeal was runny. Need dark roast coffee like other Hampton Inns have. Bathroom vanity counter was too small for the few personal items we had, a problem when more than one person is using the room.

Good breakfast, coffee & tea & chocolate drink 24/7 , not fare from the Hagerstown Premium Outlet, nice staff on front desk, nice outdoor pool, nice area, always again

everything was perfect

Decent sized room, very dark curtains were perfect for sleeping in. Shower was great, bed was comfortable as well. Breakfast had a good amount of variety

Could have replenished some more things during breakfast. In the last 30-45 minutes some things (like fruit) were pretty much gone.
