The friendliness and helpfulness of the concierge/bellhop staff was a great introduction to the property. The check-in process was also friendly and efficient, as was the check out (in person) process. Having so many things-to-do under one roof was very nice and convenient, although we were not interested in the main attraction, the casino, at all.

The value of the amenities could be significantly better. Having so many dining options was terrific, however they were all far too expensive. As a result, we ate "off campus." Although insignificant, we were there to see the Straight No Chaser show in your beautiful theater, as a result of an MPT perquisite. However, there are NO PBS T.V. options on your satellite system.

The location, the hotel and it's property is beautiful and well maintained. We weren't not expecting holiday decorations but I'm glad we didn't miss it, they were enormous and amazing. The view of the city from our room was equally as nice.

. We checked in around 630, enjoyed the restaurants and casino. When we returned to our room around 11pm it smelled like weed. *thumbs down* We called to front desk to report it and the manager on duty came to address immediately. He sprayed something that deodorized the room very quickly. This was the only down side to our stay.

After waiting for extreme amount of time, the young lady that assisted me was kind, and was committed to resolving my issues and apologized for the long wait

The guy that originally checked me in I believe his name was David, not really good with names but he answered the phone multiple times while checking me in, mid conversation, didn’t excuse himself. Constant interruptions which led to me missing Dinner at the steakhouse. Checkin took about 30 mins, I paid with booking.com and somehow he deleted my payment, he was not attentive or seemed to want to help me.

Beds were very comfortable and rooms were very clean, Housekeeping staff were amazing and ROSA on the 11th floor went beyond the call of duty !!! I would so return !! Bottled water in the room was a plus.

The rooms were clean, comfortable and the view was amazing!

I paid for three Queen rooms online. When checking in, two rooms were available, but one Queen room was booked to someone else. A little agitated!! However, the staff was able to make other accommodations for me. In addition, we were not able to stay on the same floor. The Italian restaurant's cuisine was not the best. Pasta was dry.

Customer service was excellent. Dave checked us in with a warm welcome , stepped from behind the counter to point out a good spot for breakfast and even took a photo of us. Shawn a manager in the slots area of the casino was also extremely helpful when we had an issue redeeeming a cash ticket .

I was surprised abt the cash mini bar , I would have like space to put a bottle of water. They could have done items but leave the customer some space . I expect a little refrigerator space in any hotel room I stay in .

I HAD THE BEST EXPERIECNE I'VE HAD AT A HOTEL IN A LONG WHILE. THE STAFF WAS EXPECTIONAL AND THE ROOM WAS NEAT AND CLEAN. I LOVED EVERYTHING FROM THE VALET TO ALL THE WAY TO THE EATERY!!! AMAZING

NOTHING EVERYTHING WAS SO ON POINT. ALL THE STAFF WAS SO SWEET AND HELPFUL. IT WAS DEFINITE A NICE DAY TRIP PEFRECT PLACE TO GETAWAY AND RELAX.

Oh down to Watergate apparatus cookies in that there is a croissant witches, calories, calories, joke, Comprehensive singage to MGM & Internal areas of facilities.

The room was thoughtfully & intelligently designed, extremely well appointed, perfectly insulated from any noise from either the hallway or adjoining rooms. Staff was courteous and professional. The hotel setting was very peaceful with none of what I would expect to be the frenetic pace of a casino.

That I only stayed one night!

The property was absolutely Beautiful, and the restaurants were very good. The staff was extremely friendly and caring!!! The room was so clean and smelled fresh and sanitized. We felt comfortable with the cleanliness of the room.

There was nothing that we disliked... AT ALL!
