The friendliness and helpfulness of the concierge/bellhop staff was a great introduction to the property. The check-in process was also friendly and efficient, as was the check out (in person) process. Having so many things-to-do under one roof was very nice and convenient, although we were not interested in the main attraction, the casino, at all.

The value of the amenities could be significantly better. Having so many dining options was terrific, however they were all far too expensive. As a result, we ate "off campus." Although insignificant, we were there to see the Straight No Chaser show in your beautiful theater, as a result of an MPT perquisite. However, there are NO PBS T.V. options on your satellite system.

The location, the hotel and it's property is beautiful and well maintained. We weren't not expecting holiday decorations but I'm glad we didn't miss it, they were enormous and amazing. The view of the city from our room was equally as nice.

. We checked in around 630, enjoyed the restaurants and casino. When we returned to our room around 11pm it smelled like weed. *thumbs down* We called to front desk to report it and the manager on duty came to address immediately. He sprayed something that deodorized the room very quickly. This was the only down side to our stay.

After waiting for extreme amount of time, the young lady that assisted me was kind, and was committed to resolving my issues and apologized for the long wait

The guy that originally checked me in I believe his name was David, not really good with names but he answered the phone multiple times while checking me in, mid conversation, didn’t excuse himself. Constant interruptions which led to me missing Dinner at the steakhouse. Checkin took about 30 mins, I paid with booking.com and somehow he deleted my payment, he was not attentive or seemed to want to help me.

Staff was awesome from check in to room service

There was lots of dust. As an independent travel agent, I check for things like cleanliness to inform potential clients on places especially upscale ones.

Customer service was excellent. Dave checked us in with a warm welcome , stepped from behind the counter to point out a good spot for breakfast and even took a photo of us. Shawn a manager in the slots area of the casino was also extremely helpful when we had an issue redeeeming a cash ticket .

I was surprised abt the cash mini bar , I would have like space to put a bottle of water. They could have done items but leave the customer some space . I expect a little refrigerator space in any hotel room I stay in .

The rooms were clean, comfortable and the view was amazing!

I paid for three Queen rooms online. When checking in, two rooms were available, but one Queen room was booked to someone else. A little agitated!! However, the staff was able to make other accommodations for me. In addition, we were not able to stay on the same floor. The Italian restaurant's cuisine was not the best. Pasta was dry.

Beds were very comfortable and rooms were very clean, Housekeeping staff were amazing and ROSA on the 11th floor went beyond the call of duty !!! I would so return !! Bottled water in the room was a plus.

There were a lot of restaurants at the hotel with good variety. The casino was huge, clean and smoke-free. The grounds were well kept. The hotel was in the perfect location- right by everything. The bathroom was spacious. Easy check in and check out. Lots of parking.

Room cleaning was ONLY done upon request. Not acceptable. I requested it but still didn’t get it. Hotel was not quick to correct their mistake. It required seeing two managers (with no callback as promised) for a reasonable compensation to be offered. Hotel is double dipping for Internet service fee. $25 should allow both in room and anywhere on premises. Most people, as in my case, would not even use the mandatory $25 fee service since they use their phones but that should be enough. A few more 24 hr restaurant options needed. Would have been nice if the BBQ restaurant was open before we left. Gym closes too early. Should be 24 hour. Need more live entertainment within the hotel.

I liked the aesthetic of the room and enjoyed being able to go down to the casino at any time. The staff was always friendly and helpful.

The lights in the room were messed up. We couldn't get the shower light to work properly and the mirror light worked at first then it started flickering and eventually stopped working. Not to mention there were these things in the wall that looked like they once held something up like a mirror. Whatever they held up was gone and it left some holes in the wall. It wasn't the biggest deal however for a room that costs $500 a night I would have thought it should have been more polished. And I really hated the app key feature. It didn't work for me, although it worked for my husband. It made me mad because I ended up getting the key and that was an extra unnecessary stop to the front desk. That needs to be worked out much better.
