Everything! Especially when I found out I could get 25% off my dinner, for staying more than 2 nights.

Parking vs the Entrances... If you can't park in the front or on ONE particular side of the building, you have a nice short walk to an entrance door. Being disabled, it was a bit strenuous. However, there was a event going on that weekend...

My wife and I attended an event at the MGM Grand National Harbor. The entire experience from check in until check out was exceptional. We were greated immediately by the concierge. The room was impeccable and freshly cleaned, and well stocked with linens. The restaurant Portum had exceptional food and our waitress was exceptional with menu knowledge and was able to offer recommendations. My wife and I tried each of her choices, and we were not disappointed. The food was amazing and portions were very fair priced. They even had a shuttle that took us and picked us up to our event at the MGM. I can recommend this to anyone who wishes to have a 5 star experience for a 3 star price. We WILL use the Harborside for all future events.

Property was very nice

The shuttle never came to pick us up at the outlets we waited for ever. So we had to call a Uber, and the front desk never pick up the phone.

Plenty of space in the room. Very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. I liked having a little sink outside of the bathroom. The room temperature worked great - we were comfortable.

I wish there were tea bags in the room. I am not a coffee drinker. I wish the TV could be blocked (perhaps a code for racy T.V) After a show of family feud - without changing the channel - suddenly there was porn. Luckily I was able to shut the TV off before my young daughter saw anything.

The staff greeted you as soon as you entered the lobby. The room was clean and there was a nice TV. I love when the sheets and towels are really white and you smell the bleach. I know many people do not like the smell of bleach on the linens, however I do. I can see and smell that the sheets and linens are really clean. The other plus there were no tattered sheets.

The complementary shuttle service to the various points of location, the driver was nice enough, but extremely lazy. He pulled up sat in the driver seat and not once did he get out and open the van door or close it. He motioned me to open it. Reluctantly I tipped him after every ride.

I loved the restaurant that was located on the first floor of the lobby. All of the activities that were going on Friday night and the jazz brunch Saturday morning. As far as security, I liked how they didn’t allow just anyone to use the elevator. It only worked with a key and the doors remained locked.

If it would’ve had a pool it would be the best hotel in town! The restaurant should stay open later.

Great location ! Nice size rooms which is a major plus. Hotel looks like it’s going through a renovation and they are doing a great job.

The only thing I didn’t like was the bathroom ceiling needed work. And the furniture can use upgrades…My room was changed and I was a bit more comfortable but I’m certain once the renovations are completed this hotel will be exceptional and a go to for many visitors

They made it convenient to travel to and from the hotel, especially since it was close to the convention center or the event I attended. It had shuttle buses that took us to and from the event,

The only thing I wasn't particularly fond of was that up until the final day of my stay, it didn't seem like anyone came to clean my room while I was gone from the hotel.

My wife and I enjoyed our vacation stay at Harborside. The staff was very professional, helpful and the room was very clean. Also, we enjoyed taking advantage of the shuttle to and from National Harbor and MGM. We will definitely book there again.

I loved everything about this hotel! I had an amazing experience here! I rate it a 10/10 ++++++! The hotel was extremely clean, exceptional customer service, well lit and extremely convenient for my business trip! I can't wait to return there again!
