location is great. the beach is right outside and there are a few convenience stores and restaurants in walking distance.

DISCLAIMER: I went to this property while they were renovating. Lightning in the rooms could be better, during the day there is a lot of natural light but at night the three lamps are not enough. Facilities were mostly closed and there is not a restroom close to the beach access or pool area

Free chairs and umbrella on beach, very polite workers and servers, nice beach bar and delicious food. When the property is finished, it will be beautiful!

Property is under construction so there were many things not finished. Rooms need updated electrical outlets with easier port connections for electronics. Lamps and lighting in rooms are missing. When outside it is a far walk to the lobby for a restroom. Again, I believe as the construction is finished all of these things will be resolved.

Great facility with pools, restaurant, live music at bar right on beach; walk to beach and every room ocean view. See the sunrise from you room.

This is a larger facility so took 20-30 minutes to check in as others were checking in also. Room was not ready but able to relax at outdoor bar; was ready in 45 minutes. This upset some other guests but in a post Covid employment world; I’ve learned to have more patience since they may be short on cleaning staff.

Everything they had to offer us. Polite staff, clean, pretty modern, nice ocean view and right on the ocean, the pool was nice and had a hot tub as well and location was good. Close enough to downtown but far enough from the ocean nightlife down by the boardwalk and downtown. It was nice for a family trip

That some of it was underconstruction but to make improvements, couldn't get in the hot tub because it was always packed and booking.com description said indoor and outdoor pool but there is no indoor pool, which wasn't a big deal to me but if they haven't fixed that in their description they probably should. So it was minor things nothing bad

Staff was amazing, loved how friendly the cleaning people were on our floor, room was always clean. The drink service on the beach was amazing too. Our waitress was very nice and made sure we got what we wanted. All the staff in general were amazing and went out of their way to make sure we had what we wanted

Just had two issues, one being the location of our room. It was right by the cleaning service supply closet so we heard lots of doors being opened and closed. Second issue being the construction early in the morning. Other than that, our stay was amazing and we will most definitely be coming back in the near future!

On the beach, beach front & you get an umbrella & beach chairs if available. With the renovations going on it makes the hotel look nice & up to date.

Currently doing renovations so you can hear the work being done in the mornings. I stood here last year so I knew they had an indoor pool & outdoor pool but dislike that they are taking away the indoor pool permanently. I paid extra for balcony & it’s technically not even a balcony so that was very disappointing. Pillows aren’t the best.

I loved that they had a gift shop on one of the floors. The employees were so friendly and kind. We could see the beach from our window and it had an amazing view!! Our room was also very clean and organized. It was located close to diners, fast food places, and restaurants. The weather was nice so my family and I walked almost everywhere.

I loved the 2 pools, beds were comfy, beach location perfect and dog friendly.

Hated balcony! Way too small I couldn't even go on it due to my vertigo acting up. And really nowhere for you to walk your dog. A patch of sand doesn't cut it, slow elevators.

we liked it. It was beachfront access and oceanfront view from the room. The staff were incredible and accommodating.

tiny refrigerators have much to be desired. A regular small fridge for the room would have been more suitable. The restaurant was under renovation and we only had one option for breakfast. Typically hotels have a free complementary breakfast. There were no food, vending machines or Coke products. No ice machines on our floor. not all staff understood English when we ask questions
