The staff was friendly minus 1 person. He wasn't rude just wasn't helpful . But the room was fine and the Cafe food was really good
The pool not being open late. If its swim at your own risk why not leave it open. The fact that there was no staff other than housekeeping in our building was concerning considering we had kid screaming in the hallway.

The place was cleaner than expected. Everybody I dealt with was super nice and cheery. Location is great, easily within walking distance. I had a beach buggy to load up chairs, it was quite manageable from this location. The price was the cheapest I could find online with a pool, walking distance to the beach, and with a balcony for smokers. TV was nice. It was cool to have a minifridge and a microwave. AC worked really good. Parking is PLENTIFUL and theres enough room for big trucks like my Long Bed Tundra. Walking distance to beer, wine, liquor, great food.
Theres a steep ramp going up into elevator, no big deal unless you overload your luggage like me. Minifridge is indeed mini. You can get a case of beer in there though. Microwave is also tiny. Honestly not a big deal. Pool is tiny.

We have ate many times over the years at the Sea Bay Cafe and always enjoyed the food. We were originally booked in another building that was affiliated with the Sea Bay but it was smelly, w/a stained bedspread and mold in the bathroom! I went to the front desk and we were moved into the Best Western Plus building that was fabulous! Wonderful amenities and the front desk young lady helped us with all the arrangements-she was fabulous and very professional!
(see above info!) 1st booked property was terrible-were moved to a fabulous room and then totally enjoyed our stay!

Excellent location. Property was clean and there was a “new furniture” smell. The new furniture was nice and modern. The view off of the deck was spectacular!
The slamming of the doors! The neighbors just let their door slam every time and it was very loud and jolting. Maybe strips could be added so that this doesn’t happen. Also, hooks on the back of the bathroom door to hang up towels and clothes would be helpful.

The room was very spacious including a great view of the bay side including a pool at the property that is in the same building. The beach was right across the street with a small strip of stores that is a approximately a three minute walk from the property. The location overall is great as you are right in the middle of everything on 60th street so you are able to walk in either direction and able to enjoy attractions that are within walking distance.
This property could have a loyalty program for reoccurring guest that stay at their property.

All the staff was friendly & helpful plus accommodating. The room was clean w private balcony which is a plus!! Had everything we needed w ample parking & beautiful bay views. Would recommend & stay here again!!Stunning!
If I had to say anything was wrong, I would say they need a new king size bed, very lumpy but besides that was very pleased and would stay there again

The staff was super friendly upon arrival! They were able to accommodate me with a room I requested so I was very pleased. The view was amazing during sunset and great to wake up to as well.
I don’t have really anything to complain about with this hotel. I’ve had 2 great experiences with this specific hotel now.

The tv was weird to navigate, it was kinda hard to find something to watch. And I wish there was a snack vending machine so we didn’t have to go to the gas station a lot

Location was great! Room was nice and we enjoyed the pool, though it was on the smaller side.
We arrived 3 hours before check-in time and our room was ready, but they told us they charge a $25 early check-in fee! We’ve never seen that anywhere and thought it was ridiculous when our room was sitting there ready for us.
