The room was spacious, the hot tub and pool were so much fun, the patio area outside, and the set up of the room.

The lady at the front desk at night was very rude, house keeping did not come in at all because of that we had to ask the front desk for things like trash bags and towels, and bedding on the beds had black stains on them.

This hotel has an excellent staff every time wr have been there and we are not looking for more than a good clean hospitality place to stay only because we both are in the same business and please give a great compliment to Nelly who was so very sweet and welcoming to us where that is such a great start to our stay that already made us feel so happy and that makes a hugh impact in this business but also everyone else that was on this hotel staff was also very good so thank you for making our trip so much better then we have ever expected in this hard business

The King bed was very comfy. The location was ideal for us. Other places of interest were close by, incl the Dennys attached to the hotel.

The Spa Tub was a perk we did not use. We located a crack on the tub and was concerned, so we did not attempt to use jets, which was a bit disappointing. Alarms went blaring on our floor (4th) at 3am and didn't stop for about 30 mins. Not sure why it came on, but would have appreciated hotel staff contacting us to inform/comfort us.

The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the indoor pool as well as the "hot tub." The breakfast at Denny's was very good at a reasonable price.

The bathroom including the toilet seemed to be designed for short people. I didn't mind, but I did notice that the sink and toilet were lower. I prefer baths over showers, and the faucet control was not easy to control. Also, faucet control was high and was not easy to control while sitting in the bathtub.

We were really pleased with this hotel. It was very clean and every staff person we met was beyond friendly and helpful. It had everything we needed for our short stay. We even got to use the pool and hot tub for the first time and it was super clean and nice.

The only thing that I missed was having a balcony to sit out on and drink coffee in the morning, but it was fine. We went out for breakfast a few times.

Overall property was Great. I'm not sure why people say on the reviews, staff is not friendly. All the staff said hi, each time they saw us and were so friendly. Vicki at the front desk, at checkin was friendly and made it a nice experience, when we arrived. Room was comfortable and a good size. Vicki and your staff, are the reason we will definitely return. We came to Ocean City because my son was here in 2020 with his family, then in 2021 he was killed by a drunk driver. It was a hard trip without him here, so your staffs friendliness made it a easier trip. Please Thank your entire staff for me, for their kindness, friendliness and overall nice stay.

Maybe elevators could use a little more attention, sweeping up wrappers and trash. But I can understand due to all hotel guests, but at the same time, wrappers were there next day. This will not stop me from returning to your property, when we return again.

Beautiful view from room we stayed in. Location in a good area, set back from main road. Staff was pleasant, room was clean.

Minor complaints- Beds weren't very comfortable, one was much firmer than the other. Also, housekeeping was not available, which seems par for the course for hotels since covid started. Was not a major issue for us. Front desk did communicate upon check in that if we need towels, etc to ask for them, which we did without issue.

From the reviews this place got a bad rap. Upon arrival it was clean and spacious . The staff was polite n courtesy. We booked the mini suite n it fantastic. It’s was cleaned and maintained very well our maid that clean that room name was Cynthia and babyyyy. She clean that suite to perfection. . This place is located right where you would want to be close to everything. 6 min walk to beach . 15 min ride to broad walk to enjoy the activities there. Would definitely be booking again

My only issue was there was no safe in the room .

The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the sheets and bedding was SO soft. The rooms need some updating but it was really clean. The hotel seems like it's actually remodeling a bit. The staff was really friendly- the day staff was extra super sweet. The tub in our room was jetted and worked really well. Hot hot water and great water pressure all around. The indoor pool and hot tub were nice, and they provide cozy towels for guests. The view is great too, of the bay side. It's connected to Dennys, so you don't even have to go outside to get there. There is also a shopping center next door, for convenience, and a little snack shop connected to the hotel lobby. I also like that they provide luggage caddies so it's easier. I usually take tons of photos but we didnt this time because it was just to unwind and relax together. Thanks for a lovely weekend away together!

Spa at Room, pool were nice

One receptionist younger lady who has short hair yelled at us with worst manner without any reasons to made us feel so uncomfortable. I wish she won't repeat that to other guests again. Beside that other stuffs were nice.
