The pool was a perfect size, the hot tub was very large too. The rooms are extra large, the ice was always flowing. The kitchen was well appointed, had everything you would need to make a meal and more. The rooms are nearly sound-proof, we didn't hear much of any neighbors and we did have neighbors. Doors close quietly in the hallway. The parking was plentiful.

Everything in the hotel is showing signs of aging, just a little rough around the edges. It is in need of updating. Some areas in our room were not cleaned at all such as the nightstand-it was very dirty with cup rings and just general markings from the previous occupant.

We stayed on the 5th floor in room 518... The view from our room was incredible... We slept with our doors open and were rejuvenated by the breeze coming off of the water! We will definitely stay here again!!! Nice location and quaint lobby with friendly front desk staff!

The rooms could benefit from a little remodeling. The television (with DVD player) was a little outdated and we could never figure out how to use the coffee maker (fortunately we were able to get a fresh brewed cup from the lobby). Overall, the likes definitely outweighed the dislikes, so I highly recommend.

Overall pleased with our stay at this hotel. We stayed in room#406, which was great and was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Sofa bed was okay for maybe small kids, or teens, my teenage son had no complaints. Staff was great!! Also liked that Fagers island was right behind hotel within walking distance. Food and music there was great.

The hotel was nice, but needs to be updated. Hallway leading to rooms smelled like old carpet that needs a good shampooing or even replaced. Wish balcony in room was larger, but served its purpose.

Mold/mildew in bathroom. Tub was very slow to drain. The mildew in the grout around tub made us choose not to use jacuzzi tub, we just showered instead.

The suite style worked very well for our family situation. The hotel was quiet and had a great view of the water from our balcony. We did not use the pool but it looked nice.

Our main issue was the cleanliness. The tub looked a bit grimy when we checked in and when we called down to the front desk to see if we could get some cleaning supplies before we showered, they said we weren't able to get it cleaned until tomorrow. But nobody came the next day either, so we ended up buying supplies to clean it ourselves. I understand that covid restrictions are limiting housekeeping, but nobody wants to use a dirty shower.

We like it was not so crowded since it was at the end of strip. Room was very confortable for our family. In general was a nice stay and good for the price. Plus it also give people the opportunity to be by near fun activities and good places to go including clubs.

Hotel needs a little TLC but it seems like they are working on it. Since they were painting as we stayed which it a good sign.

Location was great.

The bed frame was very noisy. Every time one of us moved it made a loud noise, that woke us up. The bed was very uncomfortable, and I could not get relaxed on the bed. I expected a little bit more from this place. The furniture is dated, balcony doors that need work, and the bathroom needs updating. And last the living room fan did not work.

I enjoyed the huge room w/ kitchen and balcony door. The location was great for my price of mind getaway for 4 days. Staff was pleasant. I needed peace and quiet and I received that.

Only thing I didn't like was the two channel selection from Weather.com to Heartland only available channels to watch....but other than that.... 🙏🏾Great stay. Now I'm a Heartland fan🙃
