Best Western Plus Ocean City

We arrived in Ocean City unexpectedly because a severe storm caused us to leave our campsite on Assateague Island State Park. I booked a room at Best Western Plus online and then arrived early at the hotel. Jordan was at the front desk and was so kind to me and my family. She allowed us to check-in hours before the standard check-in time which we were so thankful for as we were very tired. We loved our stay at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone. The staff was so friendly and helpful and every inch of the hotel was clean. Thank you for providing such a great place to stay!

Location is great, staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and spacious! There's plenty of free parking, and there's a nice pool. Walking distance to restaurants and the beach. We ended up eating breakfast at the on site cafe each day before we started our day. Miquel, the owner is so friendly and takes great pride in the quality of food and service. He also mixes great drinks! All and all I would highly recommend this property : )

There was no breakfast on site however there was a restaurant in the hotel also Denny's was 3 minutes walk across the street. That was very convenient. I liked the location, very clean, the room was very large with 2 king beds, loved the balcony, parking was great, the view overlooking the street and the pool, coffee and tea available in the room and lobby. It was quiet at night. I would absolutely stay here next time and recommend to others. Loved it!!

Most Best Western offer breakfast I wish it was available here. There were flies in the room dont know where they came from because we kept the door to the balcony closed at all times. Loved this location but I wish it was closer to the boardwalk. The bathroom could be upgraded to a shower with a door I didn't like the shower curtains and the shower head was old fashion could not be adjusted. Overall it was a clean place

when I first walked in, I was amazed how clean and fresh the lobby was, for an entrance dealing with pool and beach comers. staff was friendly, pool was half shallow so younger swimmers could enjoy, cute restaurant with happy hour drinks all on first floor. the rooms were clean and spacious and it was fun watching the seagulls swoop all around our level on the 5th floor. nice and quiet and easy access to beach one block away was the best part!!!

the shower pressure was mediocre and the water temp was hard to finesse but I have picky kids; did fine for daily rinse-offs. I really had to search to find something not to like for this price and location!

They allowed us to Checkin early. We were transitioning from a condo and decided to to stay 2 more days in OC. It was very helpful to get the early the Checkin. The manager in the cafe was excellent! Food was very good!

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. The Checkin process was frustrating. I am unsure what caused the front desk person to pause but she looked at reservation several times before making the keys.

We wanted to bike ride in Ocean city, this hotel met all ours needs and didn't have a problem with our bicycles. Front desk was very friendly, we will be returning to this hotel to stay again

A great hotel, I picked a winner! Really cool area and pleasant stay. Staff was accommodating, rooms are big & clean and the rate was reasonable. Not to forget the Café, food was awesome and our waiter was the Best!

Hotel was clean from the front door to the room. Bathroom was updated and AC worked perfectly in the humid heat during my stay. Having the coffee machine in the waiting area definitely helped during my mornings as well! Also enjoyed the walking distance to the beach!!!

Wish the coffee in the waiting area had lids, would be nice to not spill while walking away. Main waiting area constantly had wet floors, from people using the pool. Maybe would be good to have someone mop the area by the elevators as I almost slipped with all my bags.

I did not have breakfast, but the restaurant for lunch/dinner was terrific, including the glass of wine. A few years ago I discovered the restaurant open until 8 p.m. In the past, they were only open for breakfast and lunch. I enjoyed the extra hours open.

Everything! This is our 2nd time in a month staying here. Our room has been upgraded for free both times. Always grants our special requests. Staff is extremely friendly. Sea Bay Cafe is a must for breakfast. Price point can't be beat.
