Loved the location and the view. Staff was friendly. Best priced room with an ocean view in OC. Slept well.

Had to park 3 blocks away; soap/shampoo containers were empty; toilet had small leak; headboard needed to be wiped.

I'm sorry I made reservations with a reservation company. I tried and tried to rest your front desk. The person who took the res., said that I would definitely have ocean front , but it didn't happen. VERY SAD.

They was no breakfast. The receptionist from 4pm-12am From Monday was Outstanding. She was so pleasant. I hope she there everytime we come back.She kept a Smile and spoke everytime we enter or exit.We laughed so much.

The He/She ENTER Our Room When There WAS A Sign saying DO NOT DISTURB.That was Tuesday 5/7/2024.Then the he/She had the nerve to ask me for a TIP so it can have Lunch.😔.I report it to the receptionist.She said she would speak with her.Your Tuesday Receptionist is very unpleasant.😔Glad we was leaving.Wednesday.Every cleaner made it their business to BlOCK tHE WHOLE HALLWAY WEDNESDAY MORNING.😔.WE HAD HELL TRYING TO CARRY OR LUGGAGES TO GET TO THE ELEVATOR.THEN A COUPLE TRYING TO GET TO THEIR ROOM ONE THE SAME FLOOR.😔IT WAS A MESS.WE WAS THE ONLY ONE ON THE SECOND FLOOR.218 left Tuesday.

Location was great. Enough off the busy portion of the boardwalk but close enough to walk to that portion. Short walk to the beach and to get to the water. Pool was perfect. Live music we caught was awesome and bartender was very nice! Good bar deals as well. Beds were comfortable as well as pillows. Water pressure was actually decent for a beach hotel as it normally lacks. We loved the front porch rockers and coffee bar in the morning. We got lucky and got early checkin and late checkout which was a big win. Highly recommend and will return.

Super small room complaint is they could use thicker blankets on the beds but nothing to sway me from not returning. We just like to crank the AC after a long day on the beach and enjoy a good cuddle up.

The location! time to get to the beach was the time from the elevator to the hotel's porch. Love the seating in that area, the restaurant that it's in the hotel is excellent, highly recommend it! Da Vinci's by the Sea. I did not have any issue with the parking maybe because was low season. Love that the hotel is kind of small compared with the big ones around, so to me was a good fit.

Around 5:20 am the trash truck picking up the big trash container, super noisy and very loud, a sound like an explosion. I think at that time is unacceptable. I had my windows close with the AC and still the sounds was very disturbing.

Rocking chairs to sit on the front porch. Great Italian food downstairs. Pool bar! Drink specials like power hour to buy one and get one free. Live music at the pool sometimes. Restrooms on the first floor so you don't have to go to your room from the pool or beach but access the quick ones. Great view from the room right above the boardwalk.

The shower took a long time to get hot on the 4th floor. Only one elevator for everyone. Though a balcony is available, you can not sit outside from your room, just sitting on the main front porch. The bathroom is really small. Stand up shower only, no tub, without much turn around room with only a shower curtain. TV does not get NBC.

The cleaning staff was great, clean towels everyday without asking. They were very friendly and efficient. I liked the porch with chairs to sit on and look out at the ocean.

I was on the 5th floor and couldn't get hot water in shower. First night was freezing, The staff said to let it run a few minutes that it takes time to go to 5th floor. I left it run for 5 to 10 minutes and it was just leak warm so quick showers. Couldn't wait to go home for a hot shower. I've stayed here several times before on the 2nd & 3rd floors and had no problem.

Absolutely surprised at how much I liked staying here. It has a classic old Ocean City Charm but modern decor. The Italian restaurant attached was delicious and reasonable in an area that is overpriced. The pool was HUGE and the beach was a nice section full of families and not loud partiers or teens. It was quiet enough to relax on the porch but still active enough for great people-watching and there is plenty to do with a short stroll on either direction of the boardwalk. I stayed ocean front and could sit on my bed and watch the surf crash. It was a lovely time in all

Parking is a little dear but they did have another lot just down the street.

Great location on the boardwalk, clean facilities with best of all the price. Pool area was great, very clean and the pool bar area was clean. friendly and great drinks this year. Harrison Hall is my go-to hotel at Ocean City.

It was just me and my daughter so the room worked well. But if there is like 4 people not sure if they would have room to accommodate that many in a room and especially if you have small children.

I loved it great location, we went for sand soccer, wasn’t a long walk at all. we weren’t in the room much but prime location I didn’t have to drive all weekend! the bed was SUPER COMFY! I had no idea the air show was the same weekend and we got to watch them practice right over top us! the pool was awesome too!

the doors don’t have that top extra lock like other hotels my 18 month old was able to open the door and tried to escape many times HAHA! but we used the chair to block the door. bathrooms were small but honestly didn’t have much issues with it we are all small people.
