Great location. Outdoor pools were great. Room size was great. Balcony with screen door was great.

Indoor pool was in back of the on-site restaurant with only a half plastic partition. Very creepy and uncomfortable location. This wasn’t a poolside restaurant so the vibe was not working. Maid service was lacking, standard things that should have been cleaned didn’t get cleaned. Front desk lacked in giving information when checking in.

The location on boardwalk. The outdoor setup with whirlpool, little lazy river and slides in pool for the kids. Breakfast was great in hotel. Staff was very kind and accommodating!

At nighttime it can be hard to find parking right under or in immediate hotel area. Probably more due to people violating the one vehicle per room rule. If you went out at night you might have to park across the block at auxiliary hotel parking but it’s really the only complaint.

Cleaning crew were excellent and friendly ! Check in employees seemed to be still very new and still learning but were very friendly.

Cost of food is very expensive . Leak in my daughters room. Very poor that they gave that room to anyone. Need some water spouts near the pool area to clean off dust and sand before entering the pool area.

Overall great place to stay. However, I would not book through booking.com again as I was charged for breakfast vouchers then not honored bc I did not screen shot that I opted for them and ofcourse never received an itemized receipt. Only downfall of property itself was hot tub was closed at 6pm and children cannot get in with there parents. Some adults may be ok with that though so.

Great location, good space in the suite for a family of five. Comfortable beds. Great having a full kitchen. Some staff were very helpful, polite and enthusiastic

Floors in the suite were grimey, my children's feet get dirty walking around the suite after bathing. Requested additional linens (towels, pillowcases and duvet cover) but what was delivered to the room was not everything required.

The staff here is wonderful. They allowed me to check in 3 hours early because my daughter wasn’t feeling well. when I go to my room there was some cleanliness issues but the manager quickly moved me to a room that was very clean (she even checked it herself) and it happened to be an upgrade too. She even gave us free breakfast the next day. She went way above and beyond for something that wasn’t even her fault! It was housekeepings fault. But I appreciate her efforts and it was a fantastic trip, as usual. Anytime I needed towels or anything, staff came within minutes. They are always so attentive. Oh and the restaurant has ridiculous good crab dip and fritters. I come to OC often and this has definitely turned into one of my favorite hotels.

Nothing that wasn’t rectified immediately so really no worries.

The room service was excellent, the room was enough room for 4 people, the location was great, our room was ready early so we checked in early.

We did gave a broken drawer but we used others, the coffee maker was a challenge but we figured it out with help from the staff.

Right on the beach! So clean. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Best part...free laundry! Loved the adult and kid pools and the bars, both inside and out...amazing! Very much appreciated the full size fridge, oven, stove top, dishwasher. Allowed us to save money!!

Breakfast potatoes were like fast food, when someone runs the water for shower in another room can hear high pitch noise. Could just be my room not sure, or it's the plumbing. There really isn't much bad to say, they seem to keep up with a lot and have thought about what the guest would like. I would stay here again

Great location on the beach and boardwalk. Restaurant in the hotel was convenient though the menu was uninspired and limited. Staff was generally friendly.

Room safe was broken, hotel room bolt lock was broken, lobby decor was worn looking. Had to wait for a table at breakfast and service was slow.
