The motel is in a great location and the people were fantastic. Really enjoyed the two front decks after a day at the beach. Great people watching.

I loved the view of the beach and boardwalk I had from my corner room. The room was VERY clean and was plenty big enough. The location was perfect as we didn't have to use our car once we got there. Reviews said the owner was on site and very nice and he was indeed there and did not disappoint.

I cannot think of anything to improve on. This place is a hidden gem.

Staff was very friendly! Even though we knew rooms would not be ready when we arrived early we were able to get a parking pass and use a bathroom to change so we could start enjoying the beach right away. The location on the boardwalk was fantastic!

Some rooms could have used some updating. All rooms were clean so that is more important to me. We don't spend much time in the room.

The staff was absolutely amazing! They were so kind and so quick to help. When we got there, we were told the room wasn't ready yet, but they allowed us to park and use their restroom, ice machine, and coffee. When we checked in, an employee brought down the luggage cart and even helped me load it. The location was perfect! Right on the boardwalk, but not at a really busy spot. The room was comfy and the bathroom was cute.

The parking lot is hard to navigate through with a larger suv, but we made it work. The vent in the bathroom didn't really work so the room felt very wet in there. I wouldn't walk barefoot on the carpet. When we got home we realized all of our items smelled like mildew. Also, the water pressure wasn't the best on the 4th floor and the toilet acted like it didn't want to flush.

Great location next to boardwalk and beach. Front desk were courteous and accommodating at night and in the morning. We were able to use the outside terrace till late at night and went back out to see the sunrise and take photos early in the morning, which was spectacular and breathtaking. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and the AC was functional. Bathroom and sink were clean and showers allowed for couples to bathe together. Good coffee service in the front desk lobby in the morning and manager Mike was very gracious.

No breakfast provided but plenty of breakfast places and restaurants within walking distance. No pool provided but it wasn't really needed due to the roximity of the beach. Cold water rinsing facility provided at edge of boardwalk but none at the hotel to wash off sand and salt. Could not extend late checkout past 11 am but they allowed us to use the parking pass till the end of the day to allow us to enjoy the beach in the afternoon before heading out. Recommend going in groups of 4 to get the most value for your stay.

The Staff was great they had an answer for all of myself and my wife’s questions the beds were great the rooms were clean we were in room 310 stayed from July 3rd-6th small fridge and microwave in each room showers and sinks very clean we did not take our pet but they accommodate everyone even if you have a pet I enjoyed myself a lot yes rooms are small but the service is great the view is great I did not want to leave I think my wife and I are going to go back Labor Day weekend.

The only thing I really did not like was parking I have a big lifted truck and the parking lot and spaces are normal size but very tight I had to back in from the alley to a parking space if I wanted to park if I could change anything it would be that but parking was not bad there was ALWAYS spots open just tight for my big truck that’s all

Location is perfect! Right on the beach, down the boardwalk a bit from the busiest areas but plenty of restaurants and shops are right there. The hotel itself is very clean and you can tell that management works hard to keep it that way. The room was perfect AND the window opened which was a nice surprise. The AC does a GREAT job hahaha - couple times we had turn it off and open the window to warm it up! The bathroom was my favorite actually. Very retro vintage (pink tile and toilet!) that took me back to my time spent at my grandmother's. Yeah maybe it isn't all fancy like a high dollar hotel but I thought it was quaint and adorable. Awesome balcony overlooking the boardwalk and beach!

I wish the hallway doors had been closed and the AC was on in the bldg (outside the rooms). Other than that no complaints.

The hotel was better than expected...had an ocean view from the room and they have two big balconies overlooking the boardwalk and beach..one balcony is covered and the other is not..great for meeting and mingling with other guests or if you don't want to do the beach it's great for people watching. The staff/ employees are friendly, helpful, and just plain nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Can't think of anything at this time.. exceeded expectations.

Location

The view was not ocean view like website said. It was side view. It was difficult to take pictures and I expected to wake up and see the ocean and didn't. Wasn't to happy with that.
