Breakfast was decent, simple but sufficient, a few more hot choices might make it excellent. Place was cleaned daily, no shortage or attempts to nickel and dime on things like towels, room temp, blankets or other amenities. Place had an outdoor wash station on each side of building. Simple but last two places I stayed at the beach did not.i feel like this saves more money with cleaning than it costs in water but either way it's nice to have.

Some parking was off site, not by far though, in there defense they seemed to actually have enough parking with more than a couple to spare even though they were fully booked.

I loved the location, the pool and even the side rooms with the balcony had a nice view of the beach. The maid service was very nice and accommodating and it was overall clean.

Breakfast was decent and love that it was included however, there is not nearly enough room or seats to accommodate the capacity for a hotel of that size. Very crowded at breakfast and unfortunately understaffed like everywhere else (not necessarily the hotels fault). The staff that was there were working their butts off! The parking is horrific! We scraped the side of our car trying to fit into a spot in your parking lot. I’m not sure how they are even legal.

Location on the boardwalk was great. Steps away from the beach and shopping.

After breakfast is over, there is no food in the hotel anymore. I am not even sure there was room service. Hotel should seriously think about a coffee shop that also sells sandwiches. You can't go out every time you want to eat. There is a snack bar selling candy bars, cold drinks etc. Shops and restaurants come after the 12th st. That's 4 blocks. There is Franco's Pizza and Bar right under the hotel too. Great pizza. Make sure to come down for breakfast no later than 7:30am if you want to avoid long lines.

The room was very nice and comfortable with a great view of the beach and ocean, of course, and it is located right on the boardwalk. I loved the privacy factor of the balcony which was closed on the sides. Had a fridge but would have liked to have a microwave also but unfortunately we did not, therefore, doggie bags with leftovers weren’t possible. We arrived for a late checkin, therefore, parking under the building wasn’t possible but they do have another parking lot a very short walk away. They had a pretty good selection of hot or cold breakfast items from 7 to 10 on the weekends. There were great eating places on the boardwalk from snacks to sweet treats to dinner. I included a few photos that were taken from either our balcony or the beach in front of the hotel.

No microwave in the room and the elevator was extremely slow during checkout but I didn’t mind the exercise so much taking the stairs.

The property was a great location, at the quieter side of the boardwalk. The beds and pillows was comfortable. The room was clean, with the hotel being pet friendly, there was no animal odor or noise. The free breakfast added a nice charm, including pancakes, eggs, a different meat daily, toasts, fruits juices etc.

The downfalls for me was both the indoor and outdoor pool only have a depth of 4ft. The indoor pool was to be heated to 85 degrees but it didn’t reach that temperature either day we visited due to “the breaker blowing and throwing the heater off.” We also booked oceanfront and was told our room included a bathtub for my toddler but once we arrived it was only a step in shower and when addressed was told only the handicap accessible rooms have bathtubs, so we made do.

I’ve always enjoyed my stay at a Hyatt and I was aware that it was pet friendly. And and in the past it was not a problem for me(I rarely, if ever saw them). However, there seemed to be quite a few this time…unruly, barking,and running dogs seemed to be everywhere. I know that quite a few people consider their pets their “children” . It will probably be difficult these days of equity for all, but in the future, I prefer not to stay at a “pet friendly” hotel.

We have a small dog and brought her with us. We were so happy to find a hotel so nice that we could bring her. Staff was exceptionally great.

Wish microwaves were already in the room. Wish the dog walk area was better kept by other patrons. Wish the balcony rails were closer together. Our dog could easily get through them.

Check in and check out went smoothly. Breakfast buffet was satisfactory. External room noise was nearly non existent, very quiet room. Streaming to room TV from phone or tablet was easy and worked exceptionally well. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Proximity to the middle of the board walk was a pleasant surprise.

Elevators were slow and small. Parking was a bit awkward with tight spaces and an over flow lot about a block away.

Staff was exceptional! The pillows were amazing. The room was clean with good air conditioning. The facilities were in good shape especially for being on the beach.

Shower was cracked. There was a dog next to us that barked a lot. Breakfast was edible standard free breakfast with the thinnest bacon I’ve ever seen. Water pressure was very low. Toilet paper holder was poorly designed (kept spinning away from you).

So close to the beach. Loved watching the waves at night on the balcony. The room was mostly clean and very spacious. They were very accommodating and kind. Breakfast was great as was the hotel's proximity to everything. Dogs loved it. Kids loved it. Adults loved it. It was just an all around great time.

Bathroom wasn't the cleanest. Connecting to the streaming aspect of the TV was a nightmare that we had to skip. Mother's bed seemed to have dent on her side that caused her to slide to floor when sitting.
