The WiFi is definitely not my favorite at this location. It’s very slow and it makes it hard to work on certain things while I’m there. The televisions and the blankets could also be updated to the current decade. Both are very dated with the former being hard to actually see due to the picture being so blurry. It would also be nice to have a couple kitchen h items to use in the rooms that have kitchens. Pots and pans. A few dishes and maybe a little coffee maker would definitely elevate things a bit more.

comfortable location, the room was spacious and clean besides little tiny things here and there that i don’t really consider an issue for the price. pest free. friendly staff. it’s not a luxury hotel by any stretch but i found it comfortable and perfect for what i needed.

there was a clump of hair in the drain when i arrived but i was told ahead of time that i had a 15 minute window to bring up any issues with the room if it wasn’t to my satisfaction and honestly it was the smallest tiniest thing i don’t think it was worth complaining about. I know they would have been happy to fix things had i asked. I’ve been in plenty of “nicer” “ perfectly clean” places that had roaches on the walls so again no complaints.

surprisingly clean if not showing age. Location and surprise discount near initial booking was why I stayed. Staff was nice

The pillows could be bigger and fluffy. I suggest more pillows on beds and thin blankets added to improve comfort. Carpets and furniture need to be steam cleaned.

staffing was exceptionally helpful. my wife had recently been in a motorcycle accident and had a broken foot and sprained ankle, amazingly once this was explained to the receptionist she was able to find us a comparable room on the 1st floor instead of the 3rd floor that we were supposed to be in

Our room was nice and the owner is amazing!!!! Staff was great! The owner went above and beyond to try and make us happy. It was clean and the staff was very accommodating!

Booking.com had pictures that showed a kitchen in the hot tub room but it didn't. We spent $100 or more on food and when we got into our room we was very disappointed that we couldn't cook our food and we wouldn't have a place to put it. We would have paid for the room, went out to dinner and been just as happy. We drove 2 hour and we was let down only by booking.com pictures. The owner saved the day. He went above and beyond to make us happy. I wish it was more men in this world like him.

It was a wonderful experience dealing with the front desk the lady who checked me in was excellent n so humorous n a beautiful smile I hope when I go back she’s there… I loved her

Its styled as a small apartment/studio.

The room was NOT CLEANED before we got there; if it was they did a horrible job. Bugs were smashed dead onto the walls. There were damages already done when i got there, that was reported to front desk ( Kevin). A day later, i tried to pull the coffee table to the chair they have in the room, but it was broken &&wobbly. It was very hard to use it. I would have stayed somewhere else had i know it would be this way.

The no party policy which some people like myself don’t have wild parties so basically I lost my money had to stay in room alone had no fun and yall dont do refunds.

Had a very beautiful experience, everything exceeded my expectations and worked perfectly with the last minute reservation, highly recommended for anyone looking for a pleasant stay in the area
