I stay at this hotel every year around the same time so its hard to say what exactly I like. The staff and rooms are always above and beyond. SUNDAY breakfast 😋 unbeatable.

This year I paid for breakfast as a part of my room. The Saturday breakfast was horrible. Everything was run through by 7:30 but not stocked back to accommodate the other guests. And breakfast stated at 6. When I asked acout things like fruitIi was told that they were out and the cook might cut more by 10.I was so disappointed in the service for Saturday. However I found out that the staff is different on Saturday then Sunday. Sunday breakfast was redemptive. Great service always stocked, helpful staff. 👍 Thus I won't be doing the breakfast incorporation with my room anymore but I will be getting Sunday breakfast if the staff that was there this Sunday is still serving.

The design of the room was roomy and comfortable. The service was helpful when the sink drain turned out to be blocked when we arrived.

The breakfast was the low point of our stay. Was expensive for what was offered (which is often free at comparable establishments). So we bought cereal and milk nearby which was preferable to the chaotic (understaffed) scene in the breakfast area. Also, we would certainly not describe the hotel's location as being in Silver Spring since it is far from the town center and public transportation into DC.

Perfect location easy to find and close to needed conveniences. The facility was very clean and well cared for. My family enjoyed our stay immensely.

bathroom had no place to put hand soap other than the bathroom counter. I loved the availability of parking but at no time was I asked to provide my license plate # in the event of an emergency. I think that is something that should be considered. Guests checking in should always be offered bottled water.

The location was great for getting to our event. The hotel was 10 minutes away. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

There was parking available, but my only complaint was the spaces were tight. I could not get into my car on the passenger side because the car next to me was too close, The car was in it's space, but close to the line and I could not get my door open wide enough. My husband had to back out to let me in.

The electric shades did not function because someone had cut the wires. We did not want a handyman in our room to fix them so we declined repair service. We felt that this room should not have been used until the shade function was restored. Thank you. Otherwise, a great hotel.

This hotel far exceeded what I expected. One of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I especially liked that the hotel was secured (locked) after a certain time (hotel guess key access only). I will be staying there again

It was a little expensive for the location

would have appreciated having at least a basic breakfast (coffe, toast,fruit) included in the price of the room.

we stayed at Hilton Garden Inn for 7 nights. We had a comfortable and safe stay. The staff were friendly. The room were clean. I liked the way the mirrors set up in the room. So convenient to do hair. There are shops and Targets close by. Bus stop locates few steps away. I would recommend this hotel.

The property is always clean and the staff is always very friendly. The location was perfect for my needs.

The parking g was scarce, the phone in the room did not work, and the free continental breakfast (which was always a staple with our stay) is now an additional charge.
