Very good location if you need to be in Silver Spring, and walkable to.Metro, but I wouldn't stay here if you're planning to spend most of your time in DC for sightseeing etc, as the price is comparable to various downtown DC hotels. Skip the hotel coffee bar and Starbucks and head to any of the numerous Ethiopian coffee shops within a few blocks. Parking is free on Sundays in the adjacent garage, which is owned and operated by the county. Staff were all very friendly and my top floor room was clean and up to Courtyard standards.

Setup of the hotel is a little odd - It's annoying to have to take not one but two elevators to get down to street level.

The room was clean & comfortable. The room has a coffee maker & mini fridge. The property is in a well centralized location in downtown Silver Spring. Parking is available on 5th floor of the parking garage with access to the entry of the hotel (with use of your key card).

Unfortunately, the room lacks a microwave. We stored our leftover food in the fridge, but was unable to eat it because there was no microwave. Breakfast is not included with your stay.

Perfect location for shopping, dining, or just getting outside to walk around and enjoy the local pulse. Was in town for a concert at The Fillmore, which was less than a 5 minute walk from hotel, absolutely perfect! Many choices for drinks food or a sweet fix all within a short walking distance. There is a parking garage next door complete with bridge to hotel entrance on 5th level. Had a king room with an amazing sofa to lounge on next to window. Bed was super comfy and I never noticed any street noise. Good size bathroom and everything clean and on point!

Was alittle disappointed when I went to front desk to ask a few questions about the immediate area and the attendant replied 'don't know' and went back to looking at his computer screen.

Room was exceptionally spacious. Several windows with nice views. Room darkening shades. Microwave and fridge. Comfortable bed. TWO TVs! Sofa and ottoman were relaxing. Lovely courtyard. Friendly, helpful staff.

Rate included breakfast which I wasn't around for. However, I was given a voucher that I used in the market area. I'd have preferred a lower rate. Re shower products attached to wall---VERY hard to read whether item was body wash, shampoo or conditioner. Light green print on bottles NOT helpful, especially in the shower, sans glasses.

The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The rooms was clean and comfortable. The location was great. Easy access to the metro station to commute to DC. I would definitely bring my family back

I wish they had a pool for the kids to enjoy.we stayed 2 days and they did not bring us clean towels or check to see if we needed toilet paper.if i had to i could have asked the front desk I'm sure they would have accommodated us.all in all it was a great place to bring your family and enjoy your vacation. Well worth it

The young lady that checked me in was amazing. Above and beyond. Her attitude was great! Very attentive to my sons need. (He was scared of the elevator and she gave us a room on the main floor so that his vertigo wouldn't kick in and she gave him water.) She also gave a us a room with a great view which my 11yr old son was ecstatic about.) She was very accommodating at check in.

The parking situation.

I love the location. You're near everything! Silver Springs is great. Parking was convenient with a bridge to the hotel. I stayed Saturday to Sunday night and parking was free through the park mobile app. The staff was very friendly.

The bathroom/ tub was pretty old/outdated. The tub had rust stains or something in it. But it worked fine, just not super appealing to look at.

The hotel hallways are quiet and plush. The bed was extremely comfortable. There is public paid parking right across the pedestrian bridge. The front desk staff is friendly.

Unfortunately, breakfast was not included in the package we selected and the a la carte prices were too high. Luckily, there is a Panera in walking distance.

Juanita at the night lobby treated us like family! Great price for a comfortable 3 person King room amazingly well located a block from subway & bus transportation to anywhere in the DC area. the best restaurants, bars, movie theaters, & entertainment in the area is within 2 blocks of this hotel.

The coffee bar & lounge closed to early both in the morning & at night.
