The room was clean, spacious, NO funny smell or itchy bed or sheets, good circulation, they also have a carbon monoxide detector in the room, a refrigerator and microwave, parking is free and everyday the continental breakfast was different the area was clean and local restaurants are walking distance, we originally planned to stay for 5days and stayed for 1 more day, plus the cleaning ladies and staff are really nice and pleasant.

They really need to fix the elevator, there is only one and it shakes when you go up, so we started taking the stairs up and down. On one of the mornings us and 3 other people thought we got stuck because the doors were not opening or showing what floor we were on so were stuck for a little while, eventually the doors open on the 4th floor and we all got out and took the stairs down, this was scary, but all else is good, we didn't mind the exercise.

The room was very spacious and had everything we needed. All in all, the facilities were up to our expectations. The complimentary breakfast was better than expected and staff worked hard to keep everything fresh and well supplied.

The carpet was starting to get a little dirty in our room but it was no big deal for us. The second night we stayed there, we could hear people in the room upstairs making noise while walking or running, maybe they had children. We talked to reception and the noise seems to have abated a little bit so we were grateful for that.

The breakfast was a great start for a long day in dc. The staff were the greatest from the front desk to the maids. Thank you soooo much for making our visit to dc a memorable experience!!

A little bit more variety on the breakfast buffet.

I like every thing in the hotel starting from the furnishing,daily cleaning,nice staff, very helpful front desk "Jody".. The daily breakfast is realy perfect .. The area is wow .. it is baltimore ave just couple of meters from fhe UMD &Transportation In fact me and my wife decided to extend our stay for another 4 nights

Breakfast was good. Location is excellent.

That the night staff could have tried a bit harder to locate our left behind items. But the manager and day staff were wonderful at letting us know and helping us solve the problem!

The room was clean and spacious. Good proximity to U Maryland. Staff was helpful. Rooms were quiet. Beds were comfortable. Ample parking. Beakfast was typical and there was plenty.

The area was busy, construction going on close by. Noise was ok, understandable with construction, however, we were on the 4th floor and the room shook. Literally felt like like a train or huge trucks were passing. That was not the case, it was a mystery and definitely concerning.

The hotel is clean and the staff is very generous, I asked the front desk for more shampoo and conditioner that we need in my room in the next day on my stay and they got it for me right away. Breakfast has different choices of food and the kitchen Lady was very nice and helpful as I was getting my breakfast she was absolutely NICE. I will stay again, I will recommend for anyone specially if have any kids on the UMD.

The room was nice and clean. It was quiet, we stayed on the first floor and didn't hear a thing.

The parking lot is not big enough for the size of the hotel but for the area that it's in it was to be expected. We had to park up the hill and then walk down to the hotel.

Breakfast was solid, good variety. Room was spacious and clean. Could hear some noise from the hallway but no outdoor noise made for a good stay

The mattress was very stiff so it wasn’t great for coming back after a long day to a comfy bed - but that was the biggest complaint

Everything! The room was clean and spacious. The hotel personal we’re are very friendly and helpful.

The construction outside of the property made it difficult to enter the parking lot.
