My first nights stay was a very good first time experience. The place was noticeably clean and smelled nice and fresh. I also took note to how clean the white towels looked, as I appreciate cleanliness. The front desk clerk was very welcoming. She even called me to make me aware that I left my hair luggage downstairs during check in. My stay was so pleasant that I added a second night, which was also a great experience. However, when I returned the third night….it was new staff, new experience, and I will update you on that as well.

I can’t say there was anything I didn’t like the first two days because that would be me not telling the truth. If I just had to say anything at all, I would say to have more washers and dryers. It’s only two on the premises. Other than that my first two nights were amazing.

I like the little kitchens in the room. The breakfast is very good. I like the shades on the window.

Only 2 handicap parking spaces! For a hotel of its size, there should be more. We had to park quite far downhill in the parking lot! We were worn out by the time we got to our room carrying our packages from shopping! I would also like the pool open until midnight! By the time we return to the hotel from visiting family, the pool is about to close. Our window shade did not fit the window tight enough, the sunlight shone through at the bottom. This is our fourth stay and usually the shade blocks the sun very well.

The property is very easy to check into, and staff is always very nice and professional even really late at night when we had to check in.

This is the second time that I used booking.com to check into this property and they had a problem bringing through the reservations so they had to charge me at a higher rate because they had to book me as if I was walking in from the street. I also don't understand why the reservation for a suite claims that they have Queen beds when they actually don't, because they are Double beds with double bed pull out couches. I was thinking that my wife and I would be able to sleep in the same bed comfortably but a double bed makes it extremely tight so we had to sleep separately. I'm not sure if this is a problem with booking.com not recognizing they do not have the Queen bed suites, but it is a bit misleading to advertise a Queen bed when they do not actually have one.

I liked the room and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was excellent and the Hotel was very clean. the staff was extremely friendly. The Internet was good for working and enough power points were provided in the room.

The breakfast was not good and the coffee I thought awful. A big negative is also that no good restaurants are near by, so one has to cook oneself or get take out.

Outstanding property with helpful and concerned staff, an excellent breakfast, and easy access to the Metro for trips into DC. Breaking with the “standard” hotel breakfast buffet of pork sausages and scrambled eggs, they offer breakfast sandwiches made with real Gruyère and Swiss cheese, as well as omelets that actually taste like they were made from eggs. A welcome change!

They offer EV charging, but it’s run by an outside company and it costs 13 cents per kiloWatt-hour for 7 kW L2 charging. Most hotels in this price range offer free overnight L2 charging, so I consider this a blemish on an otherwise outstanding property.

It was a great location to metro traveling and to main attractions in DC. Truly enjoyed the free breakfast, all day free coffee, and pool facility. The room was great, spacious, comfortable, clean and loved having a kitchenette.

A bigger selection and variety for breakfast would've been better. Also, I understand but don't like the extra $25 a day charge for security and possible damage to rooms.

This hotel is located right off of 495. There is a grocery store, little shopping mall with a starbucks. There are also gas stations and restaurants near. This was by far the cleanest hotel I have stayed in, and I have stayed in a lot! The staff was accommodating and we were able to get an early check in. We will definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was pretty good. Standard free breakfast. Staff was very helpful when I asked about taking the metro to DC.

My room stayed way too warm the AC never made it cool enough at night. I asked the lady at the front desk for a fan which was not available and she told me to open my window (the window doesn’t open)

it is very modern and felt upscale for a budget price. breakfast was amazing. the pool was small but my family were the only ones there at the time we went. there were a ridiculous amount of usb and regular outlets and I loved the shower had built in soap/shampoo dispensers. the fridge was nearly full-size and there were multiple space saving tables to pull out and use. the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and had a dishwasher.

the tv was a bit complicated and chromecast was a bit laggy but not a big deal.

The bathroom and kitchen were as clean as I wanted them to be. I also love the shower gel and shampoo dispenser unit that was in the shower. A pretty unique concept, you don't have to keep calling for supplies.

The room is not lit as I would like but they have plenty of lamps and I turned them all on during the evenings and opened up the windows during the day. I do a lot of reading and things get a little blurry and I feel a little anxious when there isn't a lot of light.
