The room was beautiful and more than welcoming. The restaurant was also a lovely venue with delicious food. The personnel was always attentive and more than cordial and willing to help. I recommend the restaurant's menu; the rooms provide coffee and water.

My only complaint, and I'm not sure this is the hotel's fault, was regarding the price of the parking garage. It would be better to have some sort of hotel's pass so that you can take out your car without having to pay every time for the parking

The location is wonderful. So close to everything in Boston. It was clean and they had a nice gym. The staff were friendly. Our view was of some oyster place, which some people might not like, but we thought it was funny. We were there to take our son to the aquarium and it was a perfect little walk to the aquarium or to Faneuil Hall or Columbus Park.

The only thing we didn’t like was the parking. This was our first hotel in the city and we are not used to a hotel not having parking. So, figure another $40-60 a day for parking into your visit. But really, not a big issue. You still have the parking after you check out because you paid for the spot in the parking garage which is super close.

you should remove the bubble wrap on the floor if there isn’t renovation work on the weekends. 1) there is no electric kettle in rooms, 2) lighting in the rooms isn’t intuitive, I know you energy saving measures but you should review your strategy for lighting. 3)there isn’t non-slip flooring near the shower area 4) unable to use hand shower(not fixed properly)

Everything is very stylish and clean. The location is perfect for what we wanted on our trip, and is a great place for folks visiting from out of town. The Haymarket is right outside the back entrance on Friday and Saturday! The Boston Public Market is right across the street and is great for any meal or a drink at the bar inside or out on nice days. The Greenway is directly across from the front entrance and the North End is just steps away beyond that. In the other direction, Faneuil Hall is right there and the TD Garden is a short walk as well. The staff we encountered were all very helpful and friendly, and we felt very welcome during our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay...the hotel is beautiful, very clean, and location was fantastic! The decor was chic and very fitting for Boston. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The room was spotless, staff was helpful and the location was unbeatable. We literally walked everywhere and felt like we were right in the center of everything!! Overall, really great experience and we would definitely stay here again :)

The restaurant needs to expand its menu. The food was really good but very over-priced and not many options for meals. Breakfast was excellent, but again not many choices. No room service either which was inconvenient. This is NOT a critique of the staff...they were all awesome! Just making suggestions for an expanded menu, room service option and maybe a lunch offering. The only other complaint was construction noises (which sounded like they were coming from the room next to us) before 8:00am. Woke us up and continued for over an hour. Not a big deal but worth mentioning.

We had the pleasure of spending a week at the Canopy by Hilton in Boston. The decor and environment they have created is very welcoming and comfortable. We utilized the Rose lounge, for meeting company, having a night cap or playing a game of cards. The location couldn’t have been anymore perfect. We walked to the Garden for a Celtics game, Modern Pastry (daily), Faneuil Hall, even trekked down to Primark for some good buys! We had the absolute best stay in the beautiful city of Boston. Will definitely be staying at this hotel whenever we are back in town.

The beds could use improvement. That would be my only complaint.

Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. We could not ask for a better location to stay during our trip. With less than a 5 minute walking distance from Faneuil Hall we had countless shopping and food options. We were only a short walk to TD garden which made attending the Bruins game as easy as could be. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. On check out we were able to leave our with the front desk in order to explore more of the city without the hassle of carrying it around. The lobby was tastefully decorated for Christmas and the rooms were very modern and clean. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a play to stay while exploring the city!

when we pulled up to valet the car…to the sign that read valet… we sat and waited and waited and waited thinking the valet was parking another car. My passenger ran into the lobby to get some help and there was the valet in a jacket joking, smiling and carrying in with the person running the lobby check in desk. At least stand by the door(inside) for cars to pull up to valet. I still tipped generously!! also waiting 30 mins ahead of when you need your car is a bit much.

This hotel is fabulous! No detail was missed. The staff is hands down the best of any hotel we have stayed at and we travel…A Lot! I highly highly recommend Canopy by Hilton. I usually stay in different parts of Boston every time we come to have easier access to explore new parts, but from now on I will only stay here. Their customer service and friendly, welcoming personalities made it feel like home with friends. I can’t wait to come back! Congratulations Hilton for putting together a Rockstar group of employees!!

The view is splendid, and the location is truly exceptional. It is situated right next to the vibrant north end, making it effortless to find a delightful meal and enjoy a relaxing time at the nearby park. Additionally, its proximity to the airport is highly convenient. The room itself is spacious and impeccably clean, equipped with all the necessary amenities. The added touch of providing a kettle for my mother's use was greatly appreciated.

I had no complaints whatsoever.
