The location is excellent! It is about .5 miles (12 minute walk) or less to lots of eating options! I had booked this hotel because it was the most reasonably priced hotel in the area and I definitely wasn’t disappointed! The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful…old but very clean. The staff was very friendly. It felt extremely safe.
When I checked in, they charged me for my entire stay +20% for incidentals. They didn’t tell me this when I checked in and then when I checked out, they said, I owed that same amount again. I wish they had informed me of this when I checked in and let me know that that I would be charged again when I checked out. It worked out exactly the price that I paid for online but it was very confusing. The only other complaint I have was that it was kind of loud. We could hear the people next to us talking. I don’t know if they were just talking really loud or if the walls are that but it was annoying.

If you like history, Omni Parker House is the place to stay. I was greeted by professional doormen who welcomed my family and I and offered competitive valet prices. I was directed to the front desk where I met Richard who was energetic and eager to share the hotel's wonderful history. The location was impeccable; sounded by many bars, restaurants, and a few blocks away from the Sam Adam's Taproom.
The hotel's breakfast was expensive and underwhelming. The checkout process took forever and valet was slow to return cars (on average 15 minutes). Worse when I had to leave the last day.

The location of the hotel is great-we walked everywhere and it is very close to the T stations. I love the history of the place and for as old as it is I think it has been well maintained although it’s a challenge. We were there over super busy marathon weekend and for awhile only 1 elevator was working. The staff was very friendly and helpful though.
I was traveling with my sister and my niece, who was running the marathon. We stayed in one of the suites with a sofa bed so we could all have a bed. The size of the room was great but the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. It was really old and worn and we could barely pull it out. I think it needs to be upgraded. I also wished the main restaurant was open in the evenings. We did eat breakfast there.

I have no complaints.....I had 5- star treatment.....The front desk provides excellent customer service....with grace and charm....

The staff was great, friendly and professional. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the showers had hot water! The location is terrific as we could walk everywhere without the expense of cabs. We loved the staff at The Last Hurrah, especially Francesco who is a charmer. Overall great experience.
We had breakfast in the restaurant our first morning. The waitress was great but she was the only one there (evidently the other called in). She had to handle the whole restaurant. My meal was lukewarm at best. Also on the day we were leaving we had the hotel call a cab to arrive at 9:00 AM. It did arrive but the cab was filthy and the front seat (where one of the passengers had to sit) was wet and sticky. She had to fly home in that condition. I know the hotel is not responsible but you may need to address it with the cab company.

The beautiful details on the decore in the common areas (holiday decorations, carpets, gorgeous elevator doors, history), friendly staff, and helpful concierge. We felt special receiving gifts for the kids and water when checking in, and a voucher for a complementary beverage. The hot cocoa bar was an overall trip high point for my kids (and a treat for the grownups to watch them enjoy a special holiday activity. The staff was very kind!
I was really surprised by the final price of our stay. I was not aware that so many fees/taxes were not included when I made the booking. It was a VERY nice hotel, and we had a good experience, but if that had not been the case or if I was on a tighter budget if would have been a real problem for us.

This place was perfect for us. Easy to get around, so close to many attractions. The staff was genuinely friendly all the time (each shift)! The beds were super comfortable!! We walked everywhere! The T was recommended, but there was so much to see as we walked out of the hotel and we continued exploring by foot and never took a mode of transportation (other than the duck tour one day). The concierge was so helpful and gave us maps to follow. They always had bottled water for us. We did ask for a mini fridge prior to arrival and it was in our room for no additional charge. We also requested a microwave, but learned at check in that it was going to be $30 a day, so we asked them to remove it because we did not think we would get that much use out of it, being that we would be gone all day. Best trip and great hotel that has a lot of history. It is old, but not run down! We loved our stay!!!!! I am including pictures of the hotel, dining room where JFK proposed to Jaqueline, elevator door, and view from our hotel window.
Liked everything about our stay!

“Thank you so much for your exceptional assistance during my stay at the hotel. Your front desk attentiveness and helpfulness made my experience truly enjoyable. I appreciate your dedication to making guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. Keep up the fantastic work!” Also the female security , was very professional when the bar manager wrongly accused us of not purchasing drinks at the hotel bar.
The one negative experience, was from the Bar Manager (White Female). I had purchased 3 beers at the bar and was told in advance by the host we could drink them out in the lobby area, as there was no tables inside. The manager walked by and assumed we didnt purchase the alcohol in the bar and set security over.I understand your concerns, but I assure you that I did purchase alcohol at the bar. I’m disappointed by the accusation, as I value honesty and fairness. I also believe because I am a minority she single my group out . While a group of older white males next to us were not accused of this.I hope we can have a learning experience.

My kids and I just stayed at the Omni for New Year's Eve. We had a wonderful stay. I want to single out Richard at the front desk for making our stay exceptional. His enthusiastic energy and fabulous customer service skills started off our visit on a wonderful note. He made us feel so special. I also appreciated the complimentary cot. My kids are at the age where they sometimes do not want to share a bed, so the cot made our night peaceful. The Omni is a great hotel with important Boston history. Easy to walk everywhere. Loved our stay!

The staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the history of the hotel and area! The room was very clean and cozy!
At breakfast, someone came and offered us coffee and orange juice, I thought it was just complimentary until the bill arrived for a small coffee it was $6, which is more than my large iced coffee! That should be expressed beforehand, or maybe don't have someone coming around to offer it without knowing the cost first. There were a few things I didn't know I had to pay for while we were there.
