Great Location, could not be better. Nice interior design of the rooms, very welcoming and cozy. Felt very comfortable in the room, great bed…

Staff not really helpful or encouraged or friendly. We asked twice for a cup of coffee and it took 1 hour in the end…. Receptionist told my wife she had carry her luggage to the car by herself because there’s no bellman available and it”s not the duty of front desk… Not acceptable for a hotel at this price…. Only the bellman on arrival was great…

The locations and the view absolutely cannot be beat. The staff were also very helpful, the bed was very comfortable, and the entire facility was clean and well-kept. Driving and parking might be tricky for an out-of-towner, but a taxi/Uber will get you to/from the airport in maybe 20 minutes, And the central location places you directly on the Freedom Trail and maybe a 15 minute walk to just about anything.

This isn't only specific to this hotel: I have no idea why hotels in the last 5 years or so are putting sliding barn doors on their bathrooms. I could hear approximately 90% of what my partner was doing in there.

location. easy walking distance to many of the tourist attractions, resturants

staff at front desk. our luggage was delayed due to short connection. we tried to make sure the staff at the front desk knew we were expecting a luggage delivery. when we called or went downstairs to ck on luggage ( 4 0f us, 2 rooms) we found a lack of communication at shift change. I was told I would receive a receipt via Email whenI checked out, never did.

Very good location. we were too busy to take advantage of the Bike offered, Happy hour and breakfast offering but everything else was very good.

One night, the guest next door to us left their dogs in the room along and they barked from 8:00pm until the owners came back after 10:00pm Front desk did call us and inform us that they knew the situation from other guests complaining, and that they had contacted the owners who were on their way back but it took over 1 1/2 hours for them to come back to their room and quiet the dogs. :( for us to have to listen to that.

The Kimpton Nine Zero hotel was a lovely spot for our trip to the theater district in Boston, MA. We had a few different locations on our agenda, and the Kimpton was in walking distance to all of them. They offer bikes for guests and scooters for the children as a way to get around the city, although we did not have the opportunity to use this amenity on this trip. The front desk staff during our stay were great. They were very kind and welcoming. The rooms are well appointed and a good size, and hotel decor is the right mix of fun, eclectic, and classic. Enjoy a glass of red or white wine in the lobby during happy hour 5-6.

Hotel and rooms are nice and the amenities are good as well.

Not being charged a late fee of over $100 for checking out by 2 pm. I did not receive a call to advise me of this even though the reception desk staff said they apparently called me. I was awake when they supposedly called me and received no call and no heads up. Until that point, I had a fantastic experience at the hotel but it left me leaving with a sour taste in my mouth, which was unfortunate.

location, friendly staff, coffee/tea in the morning and wine in the evening.layout and decoration of the room

the room had two lights above the bed that can be turned off. however the button to turn it on/off gives off an annoying glow when the light is off. this may be a turn off for folks who like to sleep in really dark rooms. the room was also rather dusty on ledges, shelves, bed frames,…

Great location. Almost all the staff was very nice. One front desk attendant was not helpful but the valets were great. Cool room

it was super super loud in the morning. Also the AC wouldn't go below 65 and it was sweltering in the room, so sleeping past 7 was impossible. But I did like the place really.

The location is fantastic.

The bar and restaurant were not open and have not been since the first Covid lockdown. Got the impression the front desk staff just wanted to get rid of you, responses to questions were brief and you were literally told the bare essentials. When asking about taxi we were just handed a piece of paper.

The front desk was very accommodating in answering questions, giving directions, and providing what we needed. I believe the manager's name was Yarcy. She was amazing and should be acknowledged for making her guests feel welcome. We spoke with her every day for something; directions, a place to eat, etc. Our room was nice and clean every day, and the mini-frig. and in-room coffee was a nice touch. We also had a beautiful view from the window. The hotel is quite centrally located for walking to the Freedom Trail and several other historical sights.

We did not like the fact that there was no walk-in shower, and the room was kind of dark. Also wished the restaurant would have been open. The room was also very expensive during the Boston Marathon weekend.
