Large apartment block in a very convenient Back Bay location. Directly opposite Prudential Centre shopping complex and Metro station. The 2 bedroom apartment had an extra room set up as an office. The roof top swimming pool was an added bonus and very popular in the hot weather.

The check in instructions were quite complex, but when I called they were very helpful and helped me through this. There is no washer/dryer in the apartment, the laundry is on the floor but cards have to be bought for $5 and then charged by wash. The table in the main sitting room is very high and small for 4 people. The beds were also low and not that comfy.

The unit was clean, well equipped and comfortable. It was excellently located as my daughter was moving into the dorm at Northeastern. They had laundry facilities as well. The kitchen was stocked well enough. We had to buy some measuring cups which we left for the next tenant. Very happy and comfortable in this unit. Quiet and has everything we needed. Definitely will return.

We arrived very late at night and had a lot of luggage to take up. The luggage trolleys were locked up and we asked the manager to allow us to use the luggage cart. He told me it was not allowed after 8. I had notified the unit that we would be arriving after midnight before our arrival. It was a pain to bring up the luggage (mostly duffel bags without wheels) but we managed. Honestly, I think we had some bad luck with a grumpy fellow! The other door managers couldn't have been more helpful when I needed to figure out the laundry or print something on the office.

The location was really great, as well as the size and layout of the condo. The building and amenities were very nice, front desk staff helpful and informative. Perfect for families or a group.

First, wish we could have been able to check in early and freshen up and leave our stuff after having taken a 6am flight and having to wait until 3pm to check in, made for a long day. Two nights when I went to sleep in the master (bdrm with bathroom in it) the people next door were playing their instruments until late and another night a group of people were there until very late. Tried sleeping on the couch as a result which was very uncomfortable. Additionally, found a long hair in the bed the first night when I turned down the bedspread and hair in the master bathroom.

+ Location (ideal for our purposes of sight-seeing and going out) + Clean (not a 10/10 but clean enough) + Well equipped kitchen (including tea and coffee supplies) + 2 bathrooms (for 5 of us staying, we couldn't have done with less) + really nice view from the living-room window (see photo attached)

- no functioning Wifi the entire time we were there (none of the Wifi names / passwords I received worked, in fact, none of them even showed up on our phones when searching) which was very frustrating - keys were not available to us at check-in time, so we were hanging around the lobby for almost 20 minutes with our luggage and having to delay our afternoon plans - the lay-out of the apartment was very odd; there is a small study which should be a single bedroom instead of having person 5 sleep on the couch. Waste of space. - no windows in the bathroom or kitchen - impossible to have the windows open at night as Huntington Ave is a very noisy, busy road

The location was excellent. The owner was extremely helpful and did everything to answer our questions and help us with a problem that arose even though the problem was not something he was responsible for. We were very happy with our stay and would certainly recommend this rental to others.

These are a few minor issues. It would be nice if master bedroom had a queen size bed. Needed bathmats. A full length mirror would also be nice. Stated that extra $10 a night per person was for things like coffee, hot chocolate and tea. There was no hot chocolate and only two black tea bags. I had to buy tea.

Nice flat in a pleasant building. It seemed mainly to house students, but there was not much noise. We were walking distance to the museum of fine art, the beautiful library and the start of the freedom trail. The flat had everything you could need, it was clean with lots of towells. There was coffee and tea plus some condiments etc. Great value if you had 4 sharing, we were just two, so a little more expensive for us, but still good value compared to the local hotels. There was a pool on the roof, but we didn't check this out as it was a bit cold while we are there.

We would have liked to be close to the sea, but that's all really.

The two bedroom apartment was very spacious, clean and had everything we needed for our comfort. They even put up white covers on the bed that we requested, instead of the blue that were pictured. The location was excellent - right across from the Prudential Center in Back Bay. It was walkable to everywhere in the city and the main attractions.

The only comment would be that the dining table and 4 bar stools were not very comfy and can easily be changed to a small table with 4 dining chairs to make it more comfortable to sit and have breakfast or a meal. Other than that, everything was awesome!

The locations is very convenient, and also feels very safe. You need a key fob to get in the building after 8, and you can’t get past the lobby without a key fob ever. It was very clean and as described.

There really wasn’t anything we disliked. The furnishings seemed minimalist and low end, but this was so much cheaper than getting 3 hotel rooms in that area in Boston, we had no complaints.

Accessibility, cleanliness, price, safety, space

Furniture not comfortable. Beds too small. Decorated very sparsely. Did not feel welcoming. Was lead to believe, through pictures, that the washer/dryer where in the apartment , but then AFTER we booked we were told there was a laundry room at the end of the hall on each floor.

Central location in Back Bay, Prudential Center and subway station within 2 min walk. Easy check in & out via Keycafe. Safe neighborhood. Laundry room was kept clean.

Rooms have carpets. Property doesn‘t offer baggage storage, however there is a bounce luggage storage at the UPS store on 292 Newbury St. Minimum top-up amount of laundry cards is 10 USD
