Pool and employees

We stood for 2 days . Rented the room for an extra night . Got no sleep after giving several complaints about the person above us and the staff didn’t know the pool was shut down on morning or afternoon shift . They were still advising new check ins that there was a pool .

Great location, comfortable beds and decent breakfast

Rooms don't have closets or drawers or even any shelves. You have to keep everything right in your suitcase the whole time. It's a bit challenging if you've got kids and all the gear that goes with that. Probably not as much of an issue otherwise.

I made my reservation through booking.com and I received a confirmation email, but when I arrived they couldn't find my reservation and the hotel was booked. It was late (11 pm) when we arrived and I drove from VA with my daughter for a college visit. Erica was working the front desk. She called booking.com to try and find my reservation and they were no help. Erica went above and beyond to make sure we could get a room! She and another night shift employee cleaned a room for us. Erica was awesome!!!Thank you again Erica!

Booking.com screwed up my reservation although they sent me a confirmation email the hotel did not have my reservation. Not sure I will use them again!!

Breakfast was good hot breakfast finally. Location is good shopping centers right across and restaurants nearby as well. I like that there is also information boards right by the elevators that tell you what can be done around the surrounding areas.

The fact that I had called before I got to the hotel and asked to have connected rooms right next to each other and when I got there it was not my request. I was given rooms across from each other. That was my big issue here. other than that, everything was fine.

We had to wait a while for them to replemish eggs and sausage. Hot water ran out for tea but staff was helpful in getting a cup of hot water. The front desk person was not friendly and welcoming. Barely spoke just robotic With his head down. Didn't state how much deposit would would have been charged. I had to ask. Otherwise everything was great would stay here again.

Everything, I absolutely love it here, from the very polite staff, to the room, not to mention the HUGE walk in Shower.. My husband passed away in February & this place is now my happy place, I can't be alone at home because of anxiety, Thank you for my sanctuary!

Nothing!!!!

It was awesome. Eerything was very moderm and simply convenient. Clean room, friendly staff, nice swimming pool and a variety of nearby places to eat, Best part was the TV channels that were available at no additional cost. Wish I could have stay longer. Breakfast was amazing !

The view from our room was not so good. That is the onlything I can come up with, everything was great.

Breakfast was great. Staff was excellent. Pool area was clean and maintained. Nice sitting area in the lobby. Rooms were clean.

The mattresses were kind of hard. It was difficult to get comfortable and we werent told beforehand that they would hold for an amount higher than our reservation for our stay length. Which was kind of inconvenient.

The breakfast was good and the location provided easy freeway access.

Unfortunately, a northeaster blew in during our stay and many electrical workers stayed in our hotel making things a bit cramped in the lobby and the parking lot.
