I have stayed in West Springfield many times. Sometimes, in order to pay less, I have stayed in hotels in a part of West Springfield that does not feel entirely safe. I think that the extra that I payed for this location was worth it for the peace of mind. I also liked the walk in shower. The doors on the shower had very sustantial hardware and worked perfectly; this is not always the case with such things. The breakfast was good. The sausages were very nice and the coffee was pretty good; a surprise. I will stay here again.

We had made last minute reservations the room was 100) more than the day before on booking.com but the hotel we had booked had faulty information on booking.come that was not updated about the pool that had been closed for a month and was shown as open a week before booking agent at hotel wanted to charge us an additional 100$ over what was on booking.com which was then 200$ more rHan what was offered the day before . The pricing inconsistencies and the faulty information on the website cost me 200$ I was very happy with the hotel and how they accommodated us but will probably use a different booking agent next time.

easy access from highway many places to eat and shop felt secure

wasn’t aware there would be homeless folks staying there. They were all polite and there were no issues but it was obvious they were not travelers

I love the pool the room also the bed was so comfortable I feel ready to sleep it was so clean everything felt so good the pillows the TV had everything I needed just in that room the bathroom was so clean I had a great day it was beautiful and get away for a little bit and that's just what we needed and we definitely going back we're actually thinking about going back begin of April but we're going to do a whole weekend instead of one day the staff was amazing anything I needed they will always there they helped and nobody was rude even people staying there because there was a lot of people the time I had stayed and they were all nice and nobody was rude it just felt so warm and welcoming and that's a big deal

The breakfast bag that came with her breakfast sandwich it would of been nice to call to the breakfast area and pick out what we like to eat and what we don't like to eat but I don't honestly don't know why we were given bags that sandwiches in them what if someone is allergic to a certain thing you know what I'm mean so that part I really did not like maybe it's a colvin thing they're doing at the moment but the sandwich was good don't get me wrong but it didn't feel me

The breakfast was very good with quite extensive choices. The front desk person was very friendly, accommodating and gave a great restaurant recommendation.

No complaints other than that a comfortable chair would have been a nice addition for reading.

Location was pretty good

We reserved a king room and when we got there they did not honor it but gave us 2 queens. My husband and I slept apart for 5 nights not happy with that

Very spacious and in good repair; it seemed well-maintained. Despite a small issue with bathroom cleanliness, would stay here again.

Due to COVID, the breakfast was a sack lunch and the quality was very poor. At the coffee stand sownstairs, they were making only 1 small pot at a time. Cleanliness was mostly good but the bathroom had dust and hair along the baseboards behind the bathroom door and behind the toilet. This would be easuily fixable with a little more thoroughness. Bath and room were otherwise very clean.

The lady in charge of the breakfasts was absolutely wonderful! Helpful and friendly... Just great.

Facilities look like they'd benefit from a facelift. Some things look kinda "tired"

Room was very clean, convenient location, very nice staff for check in and check out, pool and hot tub were very nice and a free full breakfast was a very nice surprise.

Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Location was convenient to the function I was attending in MA.

My only complaint is that the hotel was supposed to be smoke-free, however the odor of marijuana was present on first floor as well as elevator on both days of our stay.
