Naomi's B&B was such a terrific surprise. My expectations were not high because other places I have stayed for the same or more money were not exceptional, and rarely as comfortable. My room was spacious and quiet, and it had a separate little living room/seating area that I loved. My bed and bedding were excellent (and I am very very picky), and the decor was luxurious, but simple and tasteful. Breakfast was delicious. Marci, the B&B's owner and host, was a delight. My two night stay was very pleasant and restful. One helpful note - Naomi's is very easy to find and centrally located, and it is across the road from a major hospital for anyone who needs to be nearby. I would be happy to stay at Naomi's for an extended period of time if I needed to be in the area.

The convenience of ample parking in the rear of the inn is a plus. During our stay, we truly felt at home in this charming establishment. What's even better is that Naomi’s Inn is pet-friendly, making it an ideal choice for all kinds of travelers. We can't wait to return on our next visit to Springfield. We highly recommend it to others as well!

I would like the exterior lighting of the hotel from the street side to be better. It was difficult to find the first time.

The room was large, cozy and comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious and the portions large. Our host was friendly, accommodating and engaging. Best of all, the wrap-around front porch was heaven with rocking chairs and other comfortable furniture. Very relaxing!

Happy with everything except for one minor problem. I have a bit of a disability and couldn't get in and out of the enclosed bath/shower safely. A grabar or 2 would have helped. However, our accommodating host let me shower in another room so all was well.

The property is very quaint and superbly kept. The rooms are very spacious with soft towels, pillows, large tvs, and big, comfy beds. Breakfast was delicious with your choice of coffee or tea. It is conveniently located near downtown with a short drive or taxi ride away. Marci was a spectacular host who responds quickly and is very friendly and easy to talk to. I would recommend this above hotel options in the area to get a taste of the New England Bed and Breakfast vibe with extreme comfort afforded to you.

Everything was great. No complaints.

I loved the space, the beach decor in our room and all the whimsical decor thru out the house, including chalk art drawn by he hostess herself. She was very responsive and accommodating. She provided us with a bigger room with king sized bed and bunk beds just in case my older son came along. The beds were comfy the TV was huge and we also had a personal balcony which would be great for a summer stay. We will definitely be coming back to stay at Naomi's bed and breakfast Inn.

I didn't see anything that I didn't like! The breakfast starts at 8:30 and ends at 9:30 but our hostess still gave us breakfast even tho we were late. There was plenty of parking, I just didn't realize it was behind the property, maybe there should be a sign with an arrow directing to it.

Excellent breakfast and great conversation w/other guests. The owner was very accommodating and passionate about her business & treated her guests as family. A wonderful BB wouldn’t hesitant to recommend to those that are looking for a cozy “home” atmosphere rather than a black & white corporate overnight stay. You will not be disappointed in our opinion & experience.

They are l located by the hospital, so there were only a few sirens but understandably BC of the location.. but didnt disturb our sleeping 😴 no concerns really👍👍👍

We were greeted right away by a wonderful cat that belonged to the B&B, Riku I believe was the name. That alone was worth a 10/10 rating. Walking to the door was a very nice patio and deck that would've been wonderful to hangout at if we were staying longer. We came in late so we had zero contact check in that was simple and easy. The room itself was a lot larger then we thought and the bathroom too was very large. The bed was so comfortable that we slept through breakfast sadly. Our stay was short but we weren't bothered and got wonderful rest. If we are ever back in the area we will check in again and see our friend Riku.

Marci was very helpful and courteous. She was a great host. She helped us when we didn't get our check-in code and resolved the issue right away. The place was very close to where we needed to be. The beds were very comfortable and a great room size. Breakfast was delicious. Loved how the kitchen and dining area was decorated in Alice in wonderland. Loved the automated keypad locks so we could come and go. Although the place is across the street from a trauma1 hospital, it did not bother us at all. We prayed for those needing medical attention when you heard the life flight chopter and it didn't keep us awake at night. Would definitely stay here again.

right from the moment we arrived at Naomi’s bed and breakfast, the owner, Marci made sure we had the most comfortable visit. she showed us to our room, Global Fusion which was perfect for our needs. she gave us clear instructions about how to enter and exit the building but reassured us by being on the end of her phone. we had a very comfortable sleep and the most delicious breakfast. My husband and and I wish you all the best in your successful Bed and Breakfast 😊

there was nothing we disliked about the property

The owner, Marci, is a delight. The room is spacious, clean, and thoughtfully decorated. Breakfast was amazing with pressed coffee, an egg soufflé and homemade carrot cake. I also appreciated ample off street parking and the individualized codes for the doors. Ask for the text check in, though you will likely see Marci as she is a present and conscientious inn-keeper/owner.
