Location is actually like the reviews, really close to a lot... especially with what we had to get sorted out while there. The room was surprisingly pretty good. the beds were great. Bonus was the free breakfast which they class as continental yet you had the choice of omelettes, sausages, pancakes and more. My son and I were well looked after by the staff there...Really appreciate our time there...thank you 🙏

There wasn't much to choose from for snacks, but this didn't have any impact on our experience. This is purely a suggestion.

The hotel is updated. Everything seemed new. The TV was bigger than the hotels I usually stay in. They had dispensers by the sink and in the shower with shampoo, conditioner, etc. The breakfast had many options that included sausage and omelets. They had black-out shades which kept the light out. The room was good-sized. There was a fridge and microwave. They had a Keurig for coffee in the room. It was not loud. It was walking distance to where we needed to go in downtown Springfield. The staff was friendly. The mattress was not the best I have slept on, but it was comfortable and I slept well.

The breakfast was varied and good. An attendant kept the breakfast area clean and well-stocked. The location is good, across from the Mass Mutual Center and a short walk to the museums, casino, and Symphony Hall.

The parking consists of some on street dedicated spots and some parking lot dedicated spots. The signage for the lots was confusing, but since most of the parking is within view of the hotel and some is adjacent to the hotel, I felt it was safe.

Breakfast each morning was delicious and lots of options from eggs, sausage and bacon to toast/bagels to cereal and yogurt options., plus great coffee and juice options. The location was great with many attractions nearby---we went to Six Flags, the Dr. Seuss museum, the Science museum, the Zoo at Forest Park, and the MGM Casino. There were lots of restaurants and fast food places as well as parks and playgrounds nearby. The hotel is very clean and the pool was an added benefit especially since it stayed open until 10pm allowing a quick swim after all the daily activities. Front desk staff was great, friendly and very helpful !

Some parts of downtown Springfield have tough neighborhoods with boarded up buildings and graffiti and homeless people but that is a city issue---not really a hotel issue.

Breakfast was just okay could have been better .But the coffee was nice and hot.The staff was excellent from the front desk and housekeeping. Beds are big and comfy room was spacious bathroom was also very clean and shower nice and hot.

Only the lack of breakfast it wasn't hot enough nor appealing at all. And the parking in the lot down the street not safe enough at night.

Very adequate choice and quantity for breakfast and the time available. Location within easy walking to the 5 museums. Good eating at Rosies nearby

The staff member we rang about getting there from the station not knowing that there is bus transport available, and as no taxi service, that we walk a few blocks down Main Street. As elderly people this took over half an hour pulling our luggage.

The location was great I stayed for a cheer competition the place was across the street and your in walking distance to a lot of places and everyone was so nice, the place was clean. I had no problems staying there.

Parking there isn't enough parking for everyone of your guests that really needs to be worked on. Need bigger towels lol

perfect place to stay, walking distance to casino, right across the street from the arena. Centrally located to some wonderful restaurants.

Im from Maine, and their "heated" pool was even to cold for my standards. there is no way it was heated, i could only wade in it and at that my legs were numb after a short time. Not a fan of the parking lot, but thats what happens when you stay downtown. It seems like when i was there they were doing renovations as it wasnt as clean as it could have been.

Fantastic breakfast spread! Check-in was quick & friendly. The room was exactly as advertised, clean and well- stocked. The hotel was close to the museums. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The only downside was the parking lot was just a bit removed from the hotel area. This is nothing that can be improved, as it’s just the way the neighborhood layout is, but we were a bit nervous about parking there.

Good location, walking distance to restaurants, Basketball Hall of Fame, and Springfield Museums. Close and convenient parking. Nice room, comfortable, clean, new looking. Friendly staff.

Breakfast could have been a lot better. Bacon would have been nice. The turkey sausage was awful. But there were enough options to get a passable meal. Cinnamon rolls were great and the coffee was good.
