The room was clean and comfortable. The shower was great and the Wi-Fi was fast. There was a great deal of lighting and lots of electric plugs. The property was quiet and the front desk was very responsive when we asked for some extra linens.

I don't understand why all the accommodations we have experienced on the East Coast during our late May visit have had hot comforters rather than some light blankets during the warm season! There are no restaurants or stores nearby.

It was very comfortable, clean and the staff was accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and would refer friends and family. We look forward to our next stay here when we decide to visit again. The location was convenient and quiet.

Must provide cell phone charger ports or sell the full chargers at the in house store. Remove the menus for Holyoke Pizza from the lobby, they were terrible. Other than that, everything was great. Need more food delivery options.

The suit was nice especially the full kitchen with a stove! I cooked an amazing meal. The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. The pool was nice but it was full of kids in the hot tub I couldn’t use it, the pool itself was a little too cold for my liking but not a big deal. I also loved the air conditioner, it got so cold! Only major complaint I have is that in the morning my family and I couldn’t shower because there was no hot water. I called and they said that there was an issue with the heating system so we couldn’t shower after using pool, but I guess it’s not there fault :( but overall I would stay again!

Located within 5 miles of my destination, Eastern States Expo. The suite was immaculate and it was so complete. I had everything I could possibly need in the kitchen area. The bath area was also fully stocked. Super comfortable bedding. Could not ask for nicer staff! Front desk personnel were wonderful. I had not visited this part of Massachusetts and I was at the Candlewood Suites for five nights. Highly recommend!

Hallways and elevator were not air conditioned.

There was no breakfast provided - but I didn't realize (you should advertise) that there are 2 burners and a full sized fridge - these are strong selling points (and came in VERY handy for me).

Getting a discount by booking direct would have been helpful - would still be helpful, for next time - give me an incentive to come back. Also, I don't recall how the internet was, but that's always good to keep that robust.

I really liked the receptionist at the front desk, she was very friendly. The room/ bathroom was nice, big and clean. The snack room was great, plenty of things to choose from and my grandson enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

I didn't like how noisy it was when my grandson and I were trying to sleep. In one of the rooms either beside us or over us it sounded like someone was moving furniture or having a wrestling match and it lasted for a long time. It was so loud at one point that it scared my 5 year old grandson, if I didn't have vision problems driving at night I would of left.

The room was great. It has a kitchenette complete with full-size fridge and dishes. The beds were comfy and the location is convenient to cities like Northampton and Springfield if you’re driving. The staff was also super friendly.

The bathroom fan wasn’t working, and the shower water gets pretty hot, so everything is completely soaked when you get out the shower.

I like the cleanliness of The Candlewood Suite Hotel and the friendliness of the staff. The kitchenet is a wonderful Idea, I was pleasantly surprise that it came complete with the utensils, dishes. pots and pan.

I had to think about it this question. Currently I am unable to express what I didn't like about our stay at the hotel because everything was point.

We liked the location for our visit. We liked the fact that it had a kitchen. The hot tub was great after a cold bike ride

The shower was not the best, the drainage of the tub was not great. There were guest above us that were very loud

The beds were comfy. The ac worked great after being out in the heat all day. The pool was refreshing and hot tub was relaxing. The lady at the front desk was nice.

There was no breakfast. The elevator made a lot of noise...so after taking it upon check in, i took the stairs the rest of stay (4th flr). There was only one working dryer.
