Good sized rooms with outdoor space with table and chairs. Pleasant planting in the gardens near the pool. The staff on Reception were very helpful with advice, especially the best route back to Boston Logan airport in the rush hour. The location is very quiet despite being close to a main road.

Travellers need to be aware that this hotel is on the outskirts of Concord, so a car is needed to reach the historic sites of the town centre. That said, most visitors would be using a rental car if staying in Concord.

The Staff was excellent and very accommodating. Tonya is a very kind person who goes above and beyond to meet the guests' expectations. The breakfast is always good, and the dining area is always clean.

The fire alarm going off. A comforter on the bed would be nice. The sliding glass door was horrible. I even ended up fixing it.

Everything was fine...rooms are clean, staff friendly and helpful, breakfasts fantastic! Thanks so much as always!

Heater in the room--I understand that it is probably the only type you can have, but the noise, heat (very dry) & location are not ideal. Neither of us had a great sleep.

under renovation. told property is being rented for 2 years, by the Govt for housing undocumented and other homeless people. I guess this was my last stay.

The room was beautiful, clean and most comfortable. Frankly, much nicer than the exterior would lead you to expect. The staff was lovely. Especially Liddy who was most helpful.

The stairs which I had no reason to expect. I think flights of 15 straight up without a landing might deserve a mention.

The breakfast was outstanding! A wide variety of food set out in a lovely display. I was so happy to see scrambled eggs and bacon prepared just the way I like it. The staff was courteous and responsive to our questions and needs.

The room was a good size, as was the bathroom. Room was clean, I was able to control the temperature, and the breakfast was good. I like having the mini fridge.

Weird hole in wall that was covered by wallpaper, bed was too hard for my preference, found a carpet beetle on the wall.

Great location, good restaurant next door and short drive to center of town. We appreciated the gardens and easy access to pool from our room as well as ability to have our dog. Hot options for breakfast a plus.

The room was comfortable. Breakfast was good but coffee wasn’t great. Eggs weren’t good.

The website said the bed would be a king size. In actuality the bed was a full. It was fine and very nice but not a king. Paid for a king???

Excellent location for visiting friends in the area. Clean and comfortable. Helpful staff. Excellent restaurant within walking distance.

Needed new sheer drapes in room. Building showed its age but interiors and exterior grounds well maintained.
