The hotel is outside Boston City but we had a car and it took around 15 to 20minutes to get there. It is not so far away. The rooms are clean and good size. The beds were very comfortable. The personel was very friendly and ready to help you. The breakfast was good.

The rooms were facing the highway so you got the noise, so ask for rooms that are not facing the highway.

This may seem small, but I've stayed at many Marriott Courtyards and there are usually small bottles of lotion. There were none this time. I left my moisturizer at home thinking they would most likely supply some. Not the end of the world, but just not up to the usual standard I've experienced in the past.

The woman who checked us in was very friendly and helpful, even at the end of her shift when we were checking out.

Our flight out of Boston was cancelled due to weather so we needed a last minute reservation. We were able to check in a little early and the woman checking us in was very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. It was a great place to relax for an unexpected travel delay. The hotel is conveniently located close to several food options so that was hassle free.

I enjoyed everything, it was so peaceful and quiet and fancy feeling! 😌

My children slipped and hit their head by the pool area because when the floor gets wet there it becomes very very slippery. I feel as though maybe there should be rubber matting or different floors in there that are not as Slippery When Wet

The design of the facility in lobby area as it promoted group meeting areas was well designed. I liked the cart design…easy to manipulate. I liked the Floor 4 sunny sitting area. I liked the receptive staff who were sensitive to needs.

Upper Parking seemed cramped but the lower level was fine.

Substantial, comfortable and nicely designed and newly appointed rooms. The staff were gracious, responsive and accommodating. Great location to get downtown, or from which to head off in any direction. Many good nearby (w/in 10 minute drive) restaurants.

Clean, comfortable beds. Room was spatious and clean. So was the gym and the pool.

Breakfast options are terrible and there’s no options nearby except dunkin donuts.

Yes you should include breakfast in the booking. You offer breakfast but it is expensive and nothing is included. Even the Holiday Inn Express offers this anemity at no cost.
