Very spacious for the reasonable price! Everything was clean and comfortable! Beds comfortable, kitchen clean, great little sitting area with TV.

The AC was SO LOUD. I think they need to repair the fan. Also the ceiling fan in the bathroom sounded broken and made a squeaking noise. The shower leaked water all over the floor even with the shower doors tightly closed. Also bathroom door was tight and hard to open and the paint was all rubbed off the side. This made the bathroom feel kinda run down. Stain on the carpet next to the bed.

buffet breakfast wasn't spectacular but offered sausage, (sometimes with bacon), some form of fried potatoes, scrambled eggs, either pancakes or French toast, cold cereals, oatmeal, hard-boiled eggs, coffee, tea, juices, and some bread to toast. It was adequate, not spectacular—small fridge and microwave in the room. great shower. The room was one of the smaller in the hotel and it was more than adequate as the base of operation. There was a pool and exercise room we didn't take advantage of, but having them available was nice. The hotel has a nice courtyard which has the pool, and outdoor grills, and a fire pit. The landscaping was very, very nice. It would be a great spot to hand out.

I'd have liked to see a little more variety in the breakfast options. I'd have also liked the coffee in the room to be refreshed more often, 2 coffees doesn't last 4 days between room refreshes. But not having someone in the room to clean up every day was something we liked (I know this is supposed to be what didn't like.) The WiFi was good, but it required active renewal every day. I discovered that when my internet evening radio stopped because the internet needed to be renewed. and it isn't just a quick 15 second process.

I was satisfied with everything until a few days later, when they charged me for the room a second time and still haven't gave me my money back I am negative in my account and still haven't gotten any information about my money and I called the help center. They help me but I still don't have my money.

The second charge to my account for the room. other than that, I was pretty content with my stay. If we figure out what happened to my money and hopefully this doesn't happen to anybody else, I will refer anybody to this hotel.

Clean enough, good stay.

On Saturday AM there was a heavy stench of Onion/chives on the first floor that we eventually smelled in our second floor room. Source of the smell was a room by the backdoor in the vicinity of the backdoor elevator/pool. I told the front desk about it, the stench was unbearable. I saw a room close to the pool with many people inside with 100s of tupperware containers. I suspect they were cutting onions for a restaurant. They were ridiculously loud in the room also.

The beds and sofa bed were comfortable, both rooms were clean. loved that we had a refrigerator, stove top, microwave and dishwasher. The outer property was clean and peaceful.

There were not enough towels for the guests staying 3 towel sets for 4 guests, so we had to request more which was not a big deal, but a bit of an inconvenience. No room service until check out day. At two different times, 9:00am and 9:30am we had room service knocking on our door. the first time we said we weren’t leaving yet, the second time we told them again that we weren’t leaving until checkout time(noon). prior to checkout time, I went to the front office to get my final itemized receipt and was told that it could not be printed out. That it could only be sent online. other than these things that occurred. We had a really nice 3 day experience. We would likely stay again if given the opportunity.

Really pleased with the breakfast, great choice & plenty of it, sometimes got very busy but we always managed to find a table, pool & seating area are beautiful with very comfortable chairs. BBQ’s avail for guest use, room was only serviced once during our 8 night stay but this was explained at check in & you could request additional services if you wanted them - we prefer to be left alone so worked well for us. Room was great with separate sitting room & kitchenette & everything we could possibly need staff were really friendly & helpful, lovely quiet location & felt very safe - we choose this hotel as it’s close to where my daughters Uni is so was convenient for moving her in, the only downside was that if you want to go into Boston or to get here you do need a car as the train link to Boston is a few miles away but there are restaurants & a convenience store within walking distance

Better link to Boston felt that we needed a car it would have been quite difficult without one

This is a wonderful place - clean, spacious rooms, very soft and comfortable bed, rich and tasty breakfast, nice swimming pool, great staff, kitchen with big fridge and all you need for a short stay

Nothing, perhaps only one comment- the swimming pool is 3ft depth, so be prepared not to jump or dive.

The price of the Booking was really good. The room was big, clean and comfortable. We needed some more towels and sheets. Everything was provided to us after the request.

I didn't like a roach in the breakfast area. I didn't tell anyone about it not to spoil the morning. The room was booked for four adults and a child, and we had to request the reception to get all the lacking towels, bed sheets, and blankets.

The breakfast was good. There was several hot options along with fresh fruit, bagels, toast etc. The coffee was very good! The employees were friendly. The room was clean.

There wasn't really anything I didn't like...everything was good.

Quite and safe neighbourhood. Good full buffet breakfast. There are two reception ladies there. One of them solved all my problems while other one was not helpfull at all.

TV sets should be changed to include internet streaming and smart TV
