The property is beautifully renovated and rooms beautiful decorated with comfortable beds. Pool and outdoor jacuzzi area well maintained and lifeguard on duty. There is also an indoor pool but is not open if outdoor pool is open, but also renovated beautifully. The location is amazing. Close to Main Street Hyannis there is a walkway that leads to the main shopping and restaurant district. You do not need to move car to pay high parking fees keep it parked and walk! Located directly across from Ferry to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard. Cape Cod creamery also across street.

The onsite restaurant is not yet open but will be beautiful and convenient for lunch by the pool once open. Property has an elevator but lots of stairs once on the level so could be hard to get around if you have a disability.

Newly renovated, sizeable king room, fridge, microwave, safe. It’s got a great breakfast place across the street, you can also get to the hy line cruises right across the street to go to Nantucket or Martha’s Vineyard. There is a great beach that wasn’t too busy with a children’s playground near by (check the Kennedy memorial for location). Hotel was very nice, pool was great! Parking was available and plentiful. Great spot, would definitely recommend.

Not enough ammenites.Booking .com stated that there was a restaurant. It was under construction. So no food. Large fire pit was was never lit. They only open onepool at a time so we never got to use. Hot tub was broken They day we were leaving,they started black top In the parking lot. It was difficult getting my 89 Yr old mother down the stairs to get to the car..

Good location, very nice staff. Living space where beds were situated was clean and newly renovated.

Bathroom was old, dated and picture frame in bathroom had greying mold on the interior from water damage. The new renovations done in sleeping space were not reflected in the bathroom, sadly. Television was on the older side but all the channels were there.

Pools/outdoor areas were clean and well maintained. I appreciated the lifeguard presence. The rooms attached to the outdoor pool seemed like they had nice updating.

The pillows were a little small. The bathroom/bedrooms we stayed in seemed to have a very budget friendly remodel (not terrible) but the bathroom could have been a little nicer.

The water in the bathroom sink wouldn’t drain.. we we called the front desk and told them we had a dinner reservation! In about 5 minutes the front desk staff knocked on our door and apologized for the issue… stated the maintenance staff had gone home for the day and offered an other room right across the hall. We were very happy with how quick she handled the situation!

Very convent and close to everything! Scenic and beautiful! Hotel was very clean and comfortable! Rooms were large and airy. Pool was beautiful! Easy walk to restaurants, cafes and stores. We had a fabulous time!

The location is amazing and the hotel has a lot of fun things to do. Pool, fire pit, chairs and hammocks. It’s super close to the Hy-Line ferry which was convenient

We booked a room with 2 queen beds and instead got one with a king and a pull out sofa

Room & location & staff were the strongest components of my stay.

i didn't like that they was no notice prior to booking that the outdoor pool and other amenities were under construction and unavailable, and thus also very noisy.
