Doubletree by Hilton, Leominster

From the moment I arrived until the day of my departure, the staff at DoubleTree went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable. First and foremost, the staff at DoubleTree Hotel truly stood out. Their commitment to providing excellent service was evident in every interaction. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive assistance throughout my stay, I was impressed by their professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine friendliness. It was refreshing to encounter a team that genuinely cared about their guests and went the extra mile to accommodate any requests or questions I had. The breakfast buffet at DoubleTree Hotel was an absolute delight. The selection of dishes was extensive, offering a variety of options to suit every palate. From fresh fruits, pastries, and cereals to hot items such as eggs, bacon, there was something to satisfy every breakfast craving. The quality and taste of the food were exceptional, and the attentive staff ensured that everything was replenished promptly, maintaining a pleasant dining experience. The service in the rooms was nothing short of excellent. The housekeeping staff paid great attention to detail and ensured that the rooms were always spotless. The beds were comfortable, and the amenities provided were of high quality, contributing to a restful and enjoyable stay. The prompt response to any requests, such as additional toiletries or room service, further demonstrated the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. Cleanliness was a top priority at DoubleTree Hotel, and it was evident throughout the premises. The common areas, including the lobby, hallways, and dining areas, were consistently well-maintained and immaculate. This attention to cleanliness greatly contributed to a pleasant and hygienic environment during my entire stay.

Everything was ok

it was a great location for us and we loved the food it was delicious! the staff was very friendly. The woman who served brunch was probably one of the nicest most accommodating waitresses I have ever had in a hotel! during our stay it was also decorated very nice for Christmas.

the only comments I have (and it’s not a big deal……we will be back within a few weeks for another stay) but the pool was closed and that was one of the reasons we originally picked the hotel……and our toilet in the room would not flush the handle was broken and we alerted the staff multiple times and nobody every came to fix it. for the 2 days we are there. clearly we still needed to use the toilet.

I didn't like being charged 587 for 2 days and I paid $1,500 for 5 days just because I wanted to add two days on I was charged $57 for 2 days outrageous I try to get a hold of someone I couldn't get a hold of anybody So if someone can get a hold of me from booking.com I would have really appreciate that Thank you

Good breakfast buffet. Breakfast was early enough that we could eat before leaving for a lacrosse tournament. Our request for adjoining rooms was honored.

Sofa beds were very uncomfortable for teenagers. The mattresses on them were very thin so that the springs were nearly poking thru and creaked constantly. Material on sofa arms and back was worn and torn.

The staff were very accommodating, pleasant and helpful in timely ways. The openness of the structure, the restaurants (Breakfast and dinner/bar), simple parking, and room's reasonable view of the area were positives.

Plumbing not robust enough to handle the four of us during our two-day 7th-floor stay, requiring an emergency toilet call to front desk though responsive was necessary two hours before we were planning to wake.

Very clean, beautiful building/amenities and the staff were great. Room was ready early and allowed a late checkout.

You have to have the staff let you into the pool with their key. So if you wanted to leave for a few and go back, you had to get them. But still, beautiful pool.

The girls loved the pool, the shower and bathtub were deep and the water was steamy hot. Hubby liked the plentiful plugs to plug in and charge devices. We all loved the sheets and comforters. Luxurious! Loved the mini fridge and micro available Because nothing is open after 7pm due to COVID. It’s not our first stay and we would definitely come back.

The thermostat was not clear on how to use and it got pretty cold in the room. Also, there was something dried on the rug underneath the office chair.

The pool but especially the staff: they treated the kids in such a genuinely kind manner. My seven year old decided he wanted to live in the hotel!

It was pricey but that’s to be expected in this day and age.

Staff was excellent and very accommodating. We had a beautiful room that was very comfortable.

Handicap parking in the parking lot is not close to the door that could be better.

Great location; landscaping, layout

Refrigerator did not work and the food I prepared for my trip home spoiled and had to throw out $$… then had to stop eat $$ on the way home ☹️
