We ate dinner in the restaurant and it was very good. The bartender makes a great cocktail!

I was disappointed with the coffee in the room and was hoping something more than a kcup would have been available in the lobby. Also, there were no drink vending machines. Again, the drinks were purchased at the front desk. Honestly, with having a restaurant on site, it wouldn't hurt to have a thermos or two of coffee for the guests in the lobby area.

Comfortable. Pretty Clean. Had amenities that serviced all our needs. Staff was awesome.

Bathroom door didn't shut very easily. No fan in bathroom. Shower was low pressure and knob was very hard to turn. Refrigerator was not very cold. There was something red on one of the underneath fitted sheet ( on the side towards nightstand). No wifi service 1st night.

Did not have the breakfast, didn’t know it was available. Did like the restaurant very much, very convenient to have. Food was excellent, loved the French onion soup.

Noise late at night from wedding party guests was annoying on my last night. Woke up several times because of guests being loud.

Loved the hotel beautiful. Amazing restaurant on site. A friend got married there a few years back and enjoyed it so much, my husband and I decided back for Mothers day getaway 😊

When we checked in, they didn't have our reservation on file. But they were able to still give us a king room.

Everything was excellent! We will definitely be staying at the Colonial everytime we go to Gardner to visit our family.

The only suggestions I have would be to put a light on the outside of the building where rooms 100 and 200 are so guests can see better at night and to put stepping stones through the grass up to the door so our shoes don't get muddy.

This property was well cleaned everyone of the staff in all departments we’re friendly. they got to know who you were just in the first day of interacting with you. check-in was very easy and quick. The bar in the morning brunch was amazing again nothing but friendly people all throughout the whole hotel

I didn’t find anything I didn’t like my husband just wished that breakfast started before 8am LOL he was quite impressed with breakfast

We did like that you put the family rooms together when we asked. And the staff at the desk were great but for one young lady that would not let me tell her that a family member was going to be late and to save her room for her. So said no. That I would have to pay for the room to hold it. I DID and to find out the room was already paid for That didn't make me to happy. I DID GO BACK TO THE DECK THE NEXT MORNING TO FIND OUT WHY AND WAS TOLD THAT THE YOUNG LADY HAD THE DAY OFF. Please check this out. And I was charged for the room on my card and I am fighting the charges now

The food in the morning was not opened long

The overall appearance of the hotel was terrific. Our experience at the Colonial Grill was very good except that the breakfast was overpriced considering the variety offered.

The pillows were horrible- it was like sleeping on a rock. I tried every pillow and they were all the same- rock solid. The mattress was ok - not great but ok.

This place is very nice, a wedding/banquet facility with very nice dining on site. Rooms were very similar to Hampton Inn's. I was able to check in early. Wifi worked well. Microwave and fridge in each room. Indoor pool. I thought the $150+ paid was a good value compared to other hotels in this area and my entire New England trip.

Room was clean and well maintained. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The bathroom was large , well appointed, nice amenities with hair dryer.

The Tub area had some mildew on the grout . His is an area that should be cleaned .
